Abstract
Description
本実施例1は、比較組成物および本発明の組成物の両方を作製するのに使用された支持体の調製およびこれの特性について記載する。
(リンを含まないアンモニアベース含浸溶液)
本実施例2は、リンを含有しない本発明の生成物Aの調製について記載する。さらに本実施例は、組成物Aの金属装荷および選択された物理的特性を示す。
(リンを含まないクエン酸ベース含浸溶液)
本実施例3は、リンを含有しない酸性溶液を使用する本発明の組成物Bの調製について記載し、および本実施例は、組成物Bの金属装荷および選択された物理的特性を示す。
本実施例4は、リンを含有しない本発明の組成物およびリンを含有する比較組成物の活性を試験するための装置および方法について記載する。
Claims (16)
- リンの重大な欠乏を有し、ならびに支持体材料、金属化合物および少なくとも0.45の双極子モーメントを有する極性添加剤を含む組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物であって、前記極性添加剤が50℃から275℃の範囲の沸点を有し、ならびに前記極性添加剤がパラフィンおよびオレフィン炭化水素化合物を除外するヘテロ化合物から成るヘテロ化合物の群より選択される組成物。
- 請求項2に記載の組成物であって、前記ヘテロ化合物の群が硫黄含有化合物を除外する組成物。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物であって、前記金属化合物がコバルトおよびニッケルから成る群より選択される第9族および第10族金属構成要素を含み、ならびに前記第9族および第10族金属構成要素が前記組成物中に0.5重量%から20重量%の範囲の量で存在し、ならびに前記金属化合物がモリブデンおよびタングステンから成る群より選択される第6族金属構成要素を含み、ならびに前記第6族金属構成要素が前記組成物中に5重量%から50重量%の範囲の量で存在する組成物。
- 水素によっておよび硫黄化合物によって処置される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1から5に記載のいずれか一項に記載の組成物であって、前記炭化水素油対極性添加剤重量比が10:1までの範囲となる量で組成物中に存在する炭化水素油をさらに含み、前記炭化水素油が100℃から550℃の範囲の沸点を有する炭化水素を含み、およびヘビーナフサ、ケロシン、ディーゼル、軽油、12から40個の範囲の炭素の炭素数を有するオレフィン、18から30の範囲の炭素数を有するアルファオレフィンの混合物から成る群の炭化水素混合物から選択することができる組成物。
- 組成物であって、活性金属前駆体が装荷された担体材料および少なくとも0.45の双極子モーメントを有する極性添加剤から実質的に成り、該担体材料がこの後、水素を含む気体によって処置される組成物。
- 請求項7に記載の組成物であって、前記極性添加剤が50℃から275℃の範囲の沸点を有し、前記極性添加剤化合物がヘテロ化合物から成るヘテロ化合物の群より選択され、前記ヘテロ化合物の群がパラフィンおよびオレフィン炭化水素化合物を除外する組成物。
- 請求項8に記載の組成物であって、前記ヘテロ化合物の群が硫黄含有化合物を除外する組成物。
- 請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物であって、前記活性金属前駆体がコバルトおよびニッケルから成る群より選択される第9族および第10族金属構成要素を含む金属化合物であり、ならびに前記第9族および第10族金属構成要素が前記組成物中に0.5重量%から20重量%の範囲の量で存在し、ならびに前記金属化合物がモリブデンおよびタングステンから成る群より選択される第6族金属構成要素をさらに含み、ならびに前記第6族金属構成要素が前記組成物中に5重量%から50重量%の範囲の量で存在する組成物。
- 水素によっておよび硫黄化合物によって処置される、請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項7から11に記載のいずれか一項に記載の組成物であって、前記炭化水素油対極性添加剤重量比が10:1までの範囲となる量で組成物中に存在する炭化水素油をさらに含み、前記炭化水素油が100℃から550℃の範囲の沸点を有する炭化水素を含み、およびヘビーナフサ、ケロシン、ディーゼル、軽油、12から40個の範囲の炭素の炭素数を有するオレフィン、18から30の範囲の炭素数を有するアルファオレフィンの混合物から成る群の炭化水素混合物から選択することができ、ならびに前記炭化水素油の極性添加剤に対する重量比が10:1までの範囲にある組成物。
- 組成物を作製する方法であって:
リンの実質的な欠乏を有する金属含有溶液を担体材料中に包含させて金属包含担体材料を提供すること;および
少なくとも0.45の双極子モーメントを有する極性添加剤を前記金属包含支持体材料中に包含させてこれにより添加剤含浸組成物を提供すること
を含む方法。 - 請求項13に記載の方法であって、前記添加剤含浸組成物を好適な水素処置条件下で水素に接触させて、これにより水素処置組成物を提供することをさらに含む方法。
- 請求項14に記載の方法であって、前記極性添加剤の前記金属包含支持体材料中への前記包含の前に、前記金属包含支持体材料が3から20重量%LOIの範囲の揮発性物質含有率を含有するように乾燥される方法。
- 水素化脱硫条件下で炭化水素原料を請求項13から15に記載の組成物のいずれか1つと接触させることを含む方法。
