Claims (25)
- ベースとなる肥料粒子と、
該ベースとなる肥料粒子の外面の少なくとも一部を覆う保護コーティングと、
前記保護コーティングの少なくとも一部を覆っていて、前記ベースとなる肥料粒子から隔離されるようになっている一種類以上の微量栄養素と、を含む、
肥料組成物。 - 前記ベースとなる肥料粒子はリン酸塩である、請求項１に記載の肥料組成物。
- 前記ベースとなる肥料は、リン酸一アンモニウム、リン酸二アンモニウム、過リン酸石灰、重過リン酸石灰、及びそれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項２に記載の肥料組成物。
- 前記保護コーティングは、前記ベースとなる肥料及び前記一種類以上の微量栄養素と反応しない材料である、請求項１に記載の肥料組成物。
- 前記保護コーティングは、尿素、ラングバイナイト、硫酸アンモニウム、硫酸カリウム、硫酸マグネシウム、硫酸カルシウム、硫黄元素、ケイ酸塩、それぞれの水和物、及び、それらの組み合わせを含む材料を有する、請求項４に記載の肥料組成物。
- 前記一種類以上の微量栄養素は、ホウ素、銅、鉄、マンガン、モリブデン、亜鉛、塩素、コバルト、ナトリウム、ニッケル、セレン、及び、それらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項１に記載の肥料組成物。
- 前記保護コーティングの少なくとも一部を覆うポリマーコーティングをさらに有し、前記一種類以上の微量栄養素が前記ポリマーコーティングの外表面に付着している請求項１に記載の肥料組成物。
- 前記ポリマーコーティングが、ポリエチレンイミン（ＰＥＩ）族ポリマーからのポリマーを含む、請求項７による肥料組成物。
- ベースとなる肥料粒子と、
前記ベースとなる肥料粒子の外面の少なくとも一部を覆う保護コーティングと、
前記保護コーティング内に分散していて、前記ベースとなる肥料粒子から隔離されるようになっている一種類以上の微量栄養素と、を含む、
肥料組成物。 - 前記ベースとなる肥料粒子はリン酸塩である、請求項９に記載の肥料組成物。
- 前記ベースとなる肥料は、リン酸一アンモニウム、リン酸二アンモニウム、過リン酸石灰、重過リン酸石灰、及びそれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項１０に記載の肥料組成物。
- 前記保護コーティングは、前記ベースとなる肥料及び前記一種類以上の微量栄養素と反応しない材料である、請求項９に記載の肥料組成物。
- 前記保護コーティングは、尿素、ラングバイナイト、硫酸アンモニウム、硫酸カリウム、硫酸マグネシウム、硫酸カルシウム、硫黄元素、ケイ酸塩、それぞれの水和物、及び、それらの組み合わせを含む材料を有する、請求項１２に記載の肥料組成物。
- 前記一種類以上の微量栄養素は、ホウ素、銅、鉄、マンガン、モリブデン、亜鉛、塩素、コバルト、ナトリウム、ニッケル、セレン、及び、それらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項９に記載の肥料組成物。
- 前記保護コーティングの少なくとも一部を覆うポリマーコーティングと、該ポリマーコーティングの外面の少なくとも一部を覆う一種類以上の付加微量栄養素とをさらに有する、請求項１０に記載の肥料組成物。
- 前記ポリマーコーティングが、ポリエチレンイミン（ＰＥＩ）族ポリマーからのポリマーを含む、請求項１５に記載の肥料組成物。
- ベースとなる肥料粒子を用意すること、
前記ベースとなる肥料粒子の少なくとも一部を保護コーティングでコーティングすること、及び、
一種類以上の微量栄養素を前記保護コーティングに加えること、を含む、
肥料組成物の製造方法。 - 前記ベースとなる肥料粒子はリン酸塩である、請求項１７に記載の方法。
- 前記ベースとなる肥料は、リン酸一アンモニウム、リン酸二アンモニウム、過リン酸石灰、重過リン酸石灰、及びそれらの組み合わせから選定される、請求項１８に記載の方法。
- 前記保護コーティングは、前記ベースとなる肥料及び前記一種類以上の微量栄養素と反応しない材料である、請求項１７に記載の方法。
- 前記保護コーティングは、尿素、ラングバイナイト、硫酸アンモニウム、硫酸カリウム、硫酸マグネシウム、硫酸カルシウム、硫黄元素、ケイ酸塩、それぞれの水和物、及び、それらの組み合わせを含む材料を有する、請求項２０に記載の方法。
- 前記一種類以上の微量栄養素は、ホウ素、銅、鉄、マンガン、モリブデン、亜鉛、塩素、コバルト、ナトリウム、ニッケル、セレン、及び、それらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項１７に記載の方法。
- 前記一種類以上の微量栄養素を前記保護コーティングに加えることは、
前記保護コーティングの少なくとも一部を高温ポリマーコーティングで覆うこと、
前記一種類以上の微量栄養素を前記高温ポリマーコーティングに付着させること、及び、
前記高温ポリマーコーティングを冷却することを含む、
請求項１７に記載の方法。 - 前記高温ポリマーコーティングは、ポリエチレンイミン（ＰＥＩ）族ポリマーからのポリマーを含む、請求項２３に記載の方法。
- 前記一種類以上の微量栄養素を前記保護コーティングに加えることは、
前記ベースとなる肥料粒子を前記保護コーティングでコーティングする前に、前記一種類以上の微量栄養素を前記保護コーティング内に分散させることを有する、
請求項１７に記載の方法。
