Abstract
Description
1.室温で液体のままでいる低粘度樹脂。例えば、低粘度樹脂を接着促進剤としてフェノール系硬化剤に加えることができる。
2.室温で固体のままでいるように他のアミン類をより高AEWにするためにより多くのエポキシDVBDOが使用される固体アミン官能性樹脂。
以下の例では、種々の用語及び記号を使用するが、ここで、「EEW」はエポキシド当量を表し、「AEW」はアミン当量を表し、「DVBDO」はジビニルベンゼンジオキシドを表し、D.E.H.20エポキシ硬化剤はザ・ダウ・ケミカル・カンパニーから市販されている一工業グレードのジエチレントリアミンであり、D.E.H.52エポキシ硬化剤はザ・ダウ・ケミカル・カンパニーから市販されている付加アミンであり、「BADGE」はビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテルを表す。
様々な標準的な分析装置及び方法を例で使用し、例えば粘度はARES Rheomechanical Analyzerにより測定した。
DVBDO及びD.E.H.20グレードジエチレントリアミンを表Iに示されている割合で90℃で1時間反応させてエポキシド基の転化を完了させた。表Iは、アミン/エポキシドモル比及び当量比と付加AEW値及び粘度を示す。
6.25Pa・sの粘度を有するDEH 52を、化学量論的量のBADGEにより硬化させて約145℃のTgを有する熱硬化物を得た。
約0.82Pa・sの粘度を有する国際公開第2002/022709号に記載されている1当量のブタンジオールジグリシジルエーテルと3当量のDETAとの付加物を化学量論的量のBADGEにより硬化させて約91℃のTgを有する熱硬化物を得た。
表Iに示されている例を化学量論的量のBADGEにより硬化させて、示されているTgを有する熱硬化物を得た。
Claims (14)
- アミン−水素当量/エポキシド当量の比が5を超える付加ポリアミン組成物を提供する、(a)ジビニルアレーンジオキシドと(b)過剰のポリアミンとの反応生成物を含むポリアミン付加物。
- (i)請求項1に記載のポリアミン付加物と、(ii)少なくとも1種のエポキシ樹脂組成物とを含む硬化性エポキシ樹脂組成物。
- アミン−水素当量/エポキシド当量の比が6以上である、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 共硬化剤を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 触媒を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- ジビニルアレーンジオキシドがジビニルベンゼンジオキシドである、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 共硬化剤がポリアミンを含む、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記共硬化剤の濃度が、配合物中に使用される硬化剤の総量の約1〜約99当量%である、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 触媒が、アミン部分、ホスフィン部分、複素環式窒素部分、アンモニウム部分、ホスホニウム部分、アルソニウム部分、スルホニウム部分及びそれらの任意の組み合わせを含む触媒化合物を含む、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 前記触媒の濃度が約0.01質量%〜約25質量%である、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- (a)ジビニルアレーンジオキシドと(b)ポリアミンとを反応させて付加ポリアミン組成物を提供することを含み、当該組成物が、アミン−水素当量/エポキシド当量の比が5を超える、ポリアミン付加物の調製方法。
- (a)請求項1に記載のポリアミン付加物と、(b)少なくとも1種のエポキシ樹脂とを混合することを含む、硬化性エポキシ樹脂組成物の調製方法。
- エポキシ樹脂がジビニルベンゼンジオキシドである、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が約0℃〜約200℃の範囲内の温度で実施される、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
