Abstract
【解決手段】(a)菓子組成物を押出機の中へと供給する工程、(b)菓子組成物を押出す工程、(c)菓子組成物を多層化押出機へと供給する工程、(d)菓子組成物を押出して、多層化菓子製品を形成する工程、(e)多層化菓子製品を仕上げ装置の中へと通す工程、を含み、菓子組成物が第2の押出機から押出された後に、ロープサイジング装置によりサイジングされた菓子組成物とする。

Description
本願は、2009年1月22日出願の米国仮出願第61/146,351号の利益を主張する。この仮出願の内容は、参照により本願明細書に援用したものとする。
ガムベースを、そのガムベースを融解させるのに十分な温度で、ジャケット付きシグマブレード融解装置の中で最初に融解させる。このジャケットを、83〜88℃の間の製品温度を得るための温度に設定する。融解すると、このガムベースをガムベース貯蔵タンクへと供給する。
Claims (24)
- 多層化菓子組成物を調製する方法であって、
(a)菓子組成物を押出機の中へと供給する工程と、
(b)前記菓子組成物を押出す工程と、
(c)前記菓子組成物を多層化押出機へと供給する工程と、
(d)前記菓子組成物を押出して、多層化菓子製品を形成する工程と、
(e)前記多層化菓子製品を仕上げ装置の中へと通す工程と、
を含む方法。 - 前記菓子組成物が第2の押出機から押出された後に、前記菓子組成物をサイジングすることをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記菓子組成物をサイジングすることは、前記菓子組成物をロープサイジング装置に通すことを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記菓子組成物が第2の押出機から押出された後に、前記菓子製品を冷却装置に通すことをさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 所定量の甘味料を菓子ベースに加えて、前記菓子組成物を作製することをさらに含む、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 所定量の前記菓子ベースをケトルの中で混合することをさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記多層化押出機は、少なくとも3つの層を有する菓子組成物を押出すことができる、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記菓子組成物は、前記多層化押出機へと供給される少なくとも2つの菓子組成物である、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも2つの菓子組成物のうちの少なくとも1つはチューインガムベースを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記多層化菓子組成物は、第1のチューインガム組成物の層、菓子組成物の層、および第2のチューインガム組成物の層を含む、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記仕上げ装置は、個々に包まれた菓子ピースを形成するための切断包装装置を含む、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記菓子組成物を冷却装置に通して、冷却された菓子組成物を与えることをさらに含み、前記通すことは、前記押出機からの前記押出しと前記多層化押出機への前記供給との間に行われる、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記押出機へと供給する前に前記菓子組成物を混合すること、および前記混合と前記押出機への前記供給との間に前記菓子組成物を冷却することをさらに含む、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 菓子製品を調製する方法であって、
(a)所定量の製品をケトルの中で混合し、菓子ベースを形成する工程と、
(b)混合された前記菓子ベースを所定の温度に加熱する工程と、
(c)加熱された前記菓子ベースを第1の押出機の中へと供給する工程と、
(d)前記菓子ベースを冷却装置へと押出して、冷却された菓子製品を与える工程と、
(e)冷却された前記菓子製品を第2の押出機へと供給する工程と、
(f)冷却された前記菓子製品を前記第2の押出機から押出す工程と、
(g)押出された前記菓子製品を仕上げ装置の中へと通し、菓子ピースを仕上げる工程と、
を含む方法。 - 前記菓子製品が前記第2の押出機から押出された後に、前記菓子製品をサイジングする工程をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記菓子製品をサイジングする前記工程は、前記菓子製品をロープサイジング装置に通すことを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記菓子製品が前記第2の押出機から押出された後に、前記菓子製品を冷却装置に通す工程をさらに含む、請求項14から16のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記菓子ベースが所定の温度に加熱された後に、所定量の甘味料を前記菓子ベースに加える工程をさらに含む、請求項14から17のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 所定量の菓子ベースをケトルの中で混合する前記工程は、前記菓子ベースを複数の混合サイクルで混合することを含む、請求項14から18のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記菓子ベースはチューインガムベースを含む、請求項14から19のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 完成した前記菓子ピースを硬いパッケージの中へと包装する工程をさらに含む、請求項14から20のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 菓子製品を調製する方法であって、リサイクリング押出機の使用を含む、方法。
- 前記リサイクリング押出機は、少なくとも2つの押出口を含む、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記押出口のうちの1つは、押出された製品を前記リサイクリング押出機のほうへと戻す、請求項23に記載の方法。
