Abstract
【解決手段】編組40は、ハイブリッド自動車1に配索されるワイヤハーネス32用のものである。また、多数の極細の素線を筒状に編んでなるものである。編組40は、導電性を有する金属製の金属素線43と、耐摩耗性等を有する合成樹脂製の樹脂素線44の二種類を含んでおり、金属素線43からなる部分で電磁シールド機能を発揮させる一方、樹脂素線44からなる部分で耐摩耗性及び耐衝撃性を確保している。

Claims (6)
- 自動車に配索されるワイヤハーネス用の編組であって、
多数の極細の素線を筒状に編んでなる編組において、
前記素線は、導電性を有する金属製の金属素線と、少なくとも耐摩耗性を有する合成樹脂製の樹脂素線の二種類を含む
ことを特徴とする編組。 - 請求項1に記載の編組において、
前記素線の束であるピックの状態で編んでなり、該ピック内には前記金属素線と前記樹脂素線とを混在させる
ことを特徴とする編組。 - 請求項2に記載の編組において、
前記樹脂素線を単線からなるもの、又は複数の撚り線からなるものとする
ことを特徴とする編組。 - 請求項1、2、又は3に記載の編組において、
前記金属素線の断面積よりも前記樹脂素線の方の断面積を大きくする
ことを特徴とする編組。 - 請求項1、2、3、又は4に記載の編組において、
前記樹脂素線を高圧系の識別色にて着色する
ことを特徴とする編組。 - 請求項1、2、3、4、又は5に記載の編組と、該編組に覆われる一又は複数の高圧導電路とを含む
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。
