Claims (13)
- 共通のシールド(6)によって取り囲まれた複数のケーブル(4)と、導電性材料からなる接続部材(10)とを備え、前記シールド(6)を固定した接触スリーブ(16)が前記接続部材(10)に組み込まれていることにより、前記接続部材がシールド(6)に電気的に連結されている、特に車両電気系のための高圧ケーブルセット(2)。
- 前記接触スリーブ(16)の製作材料の電気化学的な標準電位が、前記シールド(6)の材料に対してできるだけわずかしか相違しておらず、特に0.05V以下だけ相違していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧ケーブルセット(2)。
- 前記接続部材(10)がアルミニウムで製作されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の高圧ケーブルセット(2)。
- 前記シールド(6)が錫メッキされた多数の銅線からなる編物として製作されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の高圧ケーブルセット(2)。
- 前記接触スリーブ(16)が真鍮で製作されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の高圧ケーブルセット(2)。
- 前記接続部材(10)が鋳造部品として形成され、前記接触スリーブ(16)が前記接続部材(10)によって部分的に鋳包みされていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の高圧ケーブルセット(2)。
- 前記シールド(6)が前記接触スリーブ(16)に材料結合式に連結され、特にろう付けまたは溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の高圧ケーブルセット(2)。
- 前記接触スリーブ(16)が縦方向(L)において前記接続部材(10)内に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の高圧ケーブルセット(2)。
- 前記接触スリーブ(16)が周方向に延在する隙間範囲(22)を有し、この隙間範囲が封止材料(12)によって鋳包みされていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の高圧ケーブルセット(2)。
- 前記接触スリーブ(16)が複数の切欠き(26)を有し、前記封止材料(12)が前記切欠きを通って延在していることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の高圧ケーブルセット(2)。
- 前記封止材料(12)がハウジング半割り部材を形成し、前記ハウジング半割り部材がケーブル結束具を収容するため周溝(14)をその外面に有することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の高圧ケーブルセット(2)。
- 前記接触スリーブ(16)が内室(18)を有し、この内室内に張力軽減部材(8)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の高圧ケーブルセット(2)。
- 前記高圧ケーブルセットが接続部品(30)を介して車両の電気的な高圧コンポーネントに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の高圧ケーブルセット(2)。
