Abstract
【解決手段】電池パック1の電池2の配置方向の端部に位置させて設けられた電池制御ユニット6と、電池集合体3の総負極に接続された総負極端子11を電池制御ユニット6の主回路端子12に接続する引出導体13とを備えてなり、引出導体13は、総負極端子11と主回路端子12とを結ぶ直線よりも下方に延在する迂回部13aを有し、迂回部13aの少なくとも一部の上端が主回路端子の下端よりも下方に位置して形成されてなることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 複数の電池の正極と負極を交互に隣り合せて配置してなる電池集合体と、該電池集合体の隣り合う電池の正極と負極間をそれぞれ接続する複数の導体が絶縁部材に支持されてなるバスバーモジュールと、前記電池集合体の電池の配置方向の端部に位置させて設けられた電池制御ユニットと、前記電池集合体の総正極又は総負極に接続された総電極端子を前記電池制御ユニットの主回路端子に接続する引出導体とを備え、前記引出導体は、前記総電極端子と前記主回路端子とを結ぶ直線よりも下方に延在する迂回部を有し、前記迂回部の少なくとも一部の上端が前記主回路端子の下端よりも下方に位置して形成されてなる電池パック。
- 前記総電極端子と前記主回路端子は、前記電池集合体と前記電池制御ユニットの同一側の側面に位置させて形成され、
前記引出導体は、両端がそれぞれ前記総電極端子と前記主回路端子とにボルト又はナットで締結され、前記総電極端子と前記主回路端子との間に前記迂回部が形成され、
前記迂回部は、前記引出導体に切り込み部を形成してU字状に形成されてなり、切り込み部の底部が前記主回路端子の下端よりも下方に位置に形成され、
前記引出導体は、樹脂製のケースに収容され、該ケースの底面に開口が形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記迂回部の切り込み部に係止する形状のリブが前記ケースから突出して形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池パック。
