Abstract
【解決手段】バッテリ電源システム1には、バッテリパック10の端子金具33から出力された電極間電圧に応じたセル電圧信号及び温度センサ部34から出力された電圧に応じたセル温度信号に基づいて、電池セル21の電極間電圧及び温度を示す情報を含むデジタル信号からなる電池状態情報を生成して、当該電池状態情報を電池状態監視ユニット60に送信する電池状態通知ユニット40が、各バッテリパック10に対応して設けられている。

Claims (8)
- (a)複数の電池セルと、前記電池セルの状態に応じたアナログ信号を出力する複数の電池状態出力手段と、を有する一又は複数の組電池と、(b)前記組電池の状態を監視する一の電池状態監視ユニットと、を有する電池状態監視システムであって、
前記電池状態出力手段によって出力された前記アナログ信号に基づいて、前記電池セルの状態を示す情報を含むデジタル信号からなる電池状態情報を生成する情報生成手段と、前記情報生成手段によって生成された前記電池状態情報を前記電池状態監視ユニットに送信する情報送信手段と、を有する電池状態通知ユニットが、前記組電池毎に対応して設けられている
ことを特徴とする電池状態監視システム。 - 前記情報送信手段が、シリアル通信を用いて前記電池状態情報を前記電池状態監視ユニットに送信するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池状態監視システム。
- 前記電池状態監視ユニットと前記一又は複数の組電池に設けられた前記電池状態通知ユニットが接続される共有信号線が設けられ、
前記情報送信手段の通信プロトコルが、前記共有信号線を用いた多重通信プロトコルとされている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電池状態監視システム。 - 前記組電池には、前記複数の電池セルの電極を互いに接続する複数のバスバを有するバスバモジュールが設けられ、
前記電池状態通知ユニットが、前記バスバモジュールに設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電池状態監視システム。 - 前記電池状態監視ユニットが、一の前記組電池に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電池状態監視システム。
- 複数の電池セルと、前記電池セルの状態に応じたアナログ信号を出力する複数の電池状態出力手段と、を有する組電池に設けられる電池状態通知ユニットであって、
前記電池状態出力手段によって出力された前記アナログ信号に基づいて、前記電池セルの状態を示す情報を含むデジタル信号からなる電池状態情報を生成する情報生成手段と、
前記情報生成手段によって生成された前記電池状態情報を前記組電池の外部に送信する情報送信手段と、を有している
ことを特徴とする電池状態通知ユニット。 - 複数の電池セルを有する組電池に設けられるバスバモジュールであって、
前記複数の電池セルの電極を互いに接続する複数のバスバと、
前記電池セルの状態に応じたアナログ信号を出力する複数の電池状態出力手段と、
請求項6に記載の電池状態通知ユニットと、を有している
ことを特徴とするバスバモジュール。 - 複数の電池セルと、前記電池セルの状態に応じたアナログ信号を出力する複数の電池状態出力手段と、を有する組電池であって、
