Abstract
Description

(b)前記可撓性密封構造に結合された収集構造であって、前記可撓性密封構造と前記収集構造とが協働して、前記組織外傷部に連通した導管を形成し、かつ前記導管に沿って減圧を分配するように構成されている、収集構造と、
(c)前記組織外傷部が減圧を受けるように前記導管と前記組織外傷部との間を連通させる通路と、を備え、
(d)前記装置の少なくとも一部が、前記組織外傷部に対する張力を軽減するために前記組織に力を加え、前記装置が、前記装置が前記組織に加える力の量を制御するように構成された少なくとも1つの力制御要素をさらに備える、システム。 - 前記力制御要素が、前記密封構造に結合された少なくとも1つの伸長制限要素を備え、前記少なくとも1つの伸長制限要素が、前記密封構造の少なくとも一部の伸長の量を制限するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。

(a)上面と、下面と、接着剤とを有する可撓性密封構造であって、組織外傷部の周囲を密封するように適合され、構成されている、可撓性密封構造と、
(b)前記可撓性密封構造に結合された収集構造であって、前記可撓性密封構造と前記収集構造とが協働して、前記組織外傷部に連通した導管を形成し、かつ前記導管に沿って圧力を分配するように構成されている、収集構造と、
(c)前記組織外傷部が減圧を受けるように前記導管と前記組織外傷部との間を連通させる通路と、を備え、
(d)前記装置の少なくとも一部が、前記組織外傷部に対する張力を軽減するために前記組織に力を加え、前記装置が、前記装置が前記組織に加える力の量を制御するように構成された少なくとも1つの力制御要素をさらに備え、前記力制御要素が、前記密封構造に結合された少なくとも1つの伸長制限要素を備え、前記少なくとも1つの伸長制限要素が、前記密封構造の少なくとも一部の伸長の量を制限するように構成されている、システム。 - 前記伸長制限要素が、前記密封構造の第1の量の伸長を許容する最初の状態から前記密封構造の第2の量の伸長を許容する第2の状態に変化することができる、請求項23に記載のシステム。
- 前記伸長制限要素が、前記第1の状態と前記第2の状態との間の中間状態に変化することができ、前記中間状態が、前記第1の量と前記第2の量との間の中間の量の伸長を許容する、請求項24に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの伸長制限要素が、少なくとも1つの細長い要素を備え、前記少なくとも1つの細長い要素が、その長軸に沿って最大長さまで伸長でき、かつ制限距離を越えた前記密封構造の伸長を防止する、請求項23に記載のシステム。
- 前記可撓性密封構造が、伸長の方向とは反対方向に収縮するように構成され、前記密封構造が、前記密封構造の収縮の量を制限する少なくとも1組の収縮制限構造を備える、請求項23に記載のシステム。
- 前記可撓性密封構造が、使用者が把持して前記密封構造に力を加えて前記密封構造を伸長させることできる複数のタブを備える、請求項23に記載のシステム。
- 前記密封構造に取り外し可能に結合された保持構造をさらに備え、前記保持構造が、前記密封構造に結合されたときに前記密封構造を伸長した状態に維持する、請求項23に記載のシステム。
- 前記保持構造が、前記保持構造が前記密封構造に結合されたときに前記密封構造を実質的に剛体にする一連のリブを備える、請求項29に記載のシステム。
- 前記保持構造を前記密封構造から取り外すことができ、前記保持構造の取り外しにより、前記密封構造が応力状態から収縮することができる、請求項29に記載のシステム。
- 前記密封構造に結合された送達装置をさらに備え、前記送達装置が、前記システムが組織に配置されたときに前記組織外傷部の軸に対して横断方向に向くように適合された複数の横断方向の要素を備える、請求項23に記載のシステム。
- 前記横断方向の要素が、前記密封構造の第1の部分を前記密封構造の第2の部分に対して変位させるように構成されている、請求項32に記載のシステム。
- 前記横断方向の要素が、前記密封構造の少なくとも2つの部分を押し広げるように構成されている、請求項33に記載のシステム。
- 前記横断方向の要素が、硬質の横断方向の要素である、前請求項30に記載のシステム。
- 前記送達装置が、前記複数の横断方向の要素に取り付けられた長手方向の要素をさらに備える、請求項23に記載のシステム。

- 皮膚外傷部に減圧治療を施す方法であって、
(a)密封構造を用いて皮膚外傷部の周囲の皮膚にシールを形成するステップと、
(b)前記皮膚外傷部に連通した導管を形成するステップと、
(c)前記導管内を減圧して前記皮膚外傷部が減圧を受けるようにするステップと、
(d)前記皮膚に力を加えて前記皮膚外傷部の張力を軽減するステップと、を含む、方法。 - 前記皮膚に力を加えて前記皮膚外傷部の張力を軽減する前記ステップが、前記密封構造を張力状態にするために前記密封構造を変形させるステップと、次いで前記密封構造の前記張力を解放して、前記密封構造が、前記皮膚に圧縮力を加えて前記皮膚外傷部の張力を軽減するステップとを含む、請求項40に記載の方法。
- 前記密封構造を変形させる前記ステップが、前記密封構造を少なくとも1つの方向に伸長させるステップを含む、請求項41に記載の方法。
- 前記皮膚における力の量を制御するステップをさらに含む、請求項40に記載の方法。
- 前記力の量を制御する前記ステップが、前記密封層の伸長制限装置を用いて前記密封構造が伸長できる量を制限するステップを含む、請求項43に記載の方法。
- 前記伸長制限装置が、前記密封構造に結合された細長い要素である、請求項44に記載の方法。
- 保持構造を前記密封構造に取り付けるステップをさらに含み、前記保持構造が、前記密封構造を変形した状態に維持する、請求項40に記載の方法。
- 前記皮膚に前記シールを形成した後に前記保持構造を前記密封構造から取り外して前記密封構造における張力を解放するステップをさらに含む、請求項46に記載の方法。
- 前記密封構造を変形させる前記ステップが、前記保持構造を作動させて前記保持構造を変形させることによって達成される、請求項47に記載の方法。
- 前記導管が、前記密封構造と収集構造との協働によって形成される、請求項40に記載の方法。
