背景技术
本公开的实施例涉及用于以负压或减小的压力疗法或局部负压(TNP)疗法敷料并处理伤口的方法和设备。具体而言但不加限制,本文中公开的实施例涉及负压治疗装置、用于控制TNP***的操作的方法以及使用TNP***的方法。
发明内容
在一些实施例中,公开了一种用于向伤口施加负压的设备。该设备可包括负压源、耦合电路、驱动电路和控制器。负压源可以经由流体流动路径将负压提供至设置在伤口上的伤口敷料。负压源可包括致动器,该致动器被配置成将电能转换为机械能。耦合电路可以包括感抗。驱动电路可经由耦合电路将驱动信号供应至致动器,使得负压源提供负压。控制器可以控制驱动电路供应的驱动信号。

具体实施方式
本公开涉及用于以减小的压力疗法或局部负压(TNP)疗法敷料并处理伤口的方法和设备。具体而言但不加限制,本公开的实施例涉及负压治疗设备、用于控制TNP***的操作的方法和使用TNP***的方法。所述方法和设备可包括或实施下面描述的特征的任何组合。
已知用于帮助人或动物的愈合过程的许多不同类型的伤口敷料。这些不同类型的伤口敷料包括许多不同类型的材料和层,例如,纱布、衬垫、泡沫垫或多层伤口敷料。TNP疗法有时也称作真空辅助闭合、负压伤口疗法或减压伤口疗法,其可能是用于促进伤口的愈合率的有益机制。这种疗法适用于宽范围的伤口,例如切口、开放性伤口和腹部伤口等。
TNP疗法可有助于通过减少组织水肿来闭合和愈合伤口;促进血液流动;刺激肉芽组织的形成;去除多余的渗出液,且可减少细菌负载(且因此减少伤口感染)。而且,TNP疗法可以允许伤口受到较少的外部干扰,促进更快速的愈合。
如本文所用,减压水平或负压水平(诸如-X mmHg)表示低于大气压的压力水平,它通常对应于760mmHg(或者1atm、29.93inHg、101.325kPa、14.696psi等)。因此,-X mmHg的负压值反映低于大气压X mmHg的压力,例如(760–X)mmHg的压力。此外,比-X mmHg“更少”或“更小”的负压对应于更接近大气压的压力(例如,-40mmHg比-60mmHg小)。比-X mmHg“更多”或“更大”的负压对应于更远离大气压的压力(例如,-80mmHg比-60mmHg大)。
概述
TNP设备的驱动电路可以经由TNP设备的耦合电路向TNP设备的负压源供应驱动信号(例如,电流和电压)。负压源可包括泵,如压电泵或微型泵。耦合电路可以具有感抗,该感抗限制由驱动电路供应给负压源的驱动信号随时间的变化率。有利地,在某些实施例中,具有这种构造的TNP设备可以比其他TNP设备消耗更少的功率来产生负压。

控制电路12A可以根据至少由第一压力传感器12F监测的压力和由第二压力传感器12G监测的压力之间的比较,控制负压源12C的负压供应。
伤口敷料13可包括伤口接触层、隔件层和吸收层。伤口接触层可与伤口14接触。伤口接触层可以在面向患者侧上包括粘合剂,用于将敷料固定到伤口14周围皮肤;或者在顶侧上包括粘合剂,用于将伤口接触层固定到伤口敷料13的覆盖层或其他层。在操作中,伤口接触层可以提供单向流动,以便有利于从伤口移除渗出液,同时阻挡或基本上防止渗出液返回伤口14。隔件层可有助于在伤口部位之上分配负压,并且有助于促进伤口渗出液与流体输送到伤口敷料13中。此外,吸收层可吸收并保持从伤口14吸出的渗出液。

在负压治疗***200中,TNP设备11的伤口敷料13显示为附接到伤口14。箭头描绘了通过伤口敷料13的空气流动和来自伤口14的伤口渗出液。TNP设备11可包括排气26和部件区25,例如用于TNP设备11的部件(例如一个或多个控制电路12A、存储器装置12B、负压源12C、用户界面12D、电源12E、第一压力传感器12F和第二压力传感器12G)的部件外壳或储存区。

耦合电路35可以用来限制由驱动电路33供应至负压源12C的电流随时间的变化率或者限制负压源12C的第一输入I1和第二输入I2两端的电压随时间的变化率。在1kHz的操作频率下,耦合电路35可以具有大于1mΩ,5mΩ,10mΩ,50mΩ,100mΩ,500mΩ,750mΩ的感抗。在一些实施例中,耦合电路35可包括无源电路部件,且不包括有源电路部件,但在其他实施例中,耦合电路35可包括无源电路部件和有源电路部件中的一者或两者。
图4A和图4B图示了根据一些实施例的驱动电路33的示例简化电路部件。从图4A和图4B可看出,驱动电路33可以由至少四个开关组成,包括第一开关S1、第二开关S2、第三开关S3和第四开关S4,他们一起形成H-桥。第一开关S1和第四开关S4可以同时闭合,且第二开关S2和第三开关S3可以同时打开,如图4A中所示,以在第一方向上供应第一电流i1通过耦合电路35和负压源12C。第二开关S2和第三开关S3可以同时闭合,且第一开关S1和第四开关S4可以同时打开,如图4B中所示,以在第二方向上供应第二电流i2通过耦合电路35和负压源12C。第一方向可以与第二方向相反。
图4C图示了根据一些实施例的包括电阻器42的驱动电路33(在图示的实例中是H-桥)的示例电路部件。在图4C中所示的示例电路部件中,通过电阻器42的电流可以与通过耦合电路35和负压源12C(例如负压源12C的致动器)的电流相同或基本上相同。结果,提供至反馈调节器34的反馈例如可以是电阻器42两端的电压水平或电压降,其可以与通过电阻器42的电流以及通过耦合电路35和负压源12C的电流成比例。电阻器42因此可以用来测量电流的一个或多个性质,例如幅值,该电流经由耦合电路35例如经由类似关于图5描述的电感器52的耦合电路35的电感器馈送到负压源12C。如本发明中所描述,电阻器42可以耦合到低通滤波器。

在另一实施例中,耦合电路35可包括(i)第一电线或第一电短路以及(ii)第二电线或第二电短路,所述第一电线或第一电短路串联电耦合在驱动电路33的第一输出O1与负压源12C的第一输入I1之间,所述第二电线或第二电短路串联电耦合在驱动电路33的第二输出O2与负压源12C的第二输入I2之间。
在又一实施例中,耦合电路35可包括(i)第一电线或第一电短路以及(ii)电感器(例如电感器52),所述第一电线或第一电短路串联电耦合在驱动电路33的第一输出O1与负压源12C的第一输入I1之间,所述电感器串联电耦合在驱动电路33的第二输出O2与负压源12C的第二输入I2之间。
在再一实施例中,耦合电路35可包括(i)第一电感器(例如电感器52)和(ii)第二电感器(例如电感器52),所述第一电感器串联电耦合在驱动电路33的第一输出O1与负压源12C的第一输入I1之间,所述第二电感器串联电耦合在驱动电路33的第二输出O2与负压源12C的第二输入I2之间。
在某些实施方式中,可代替一个或多个电感器或除了一个或多个电感器之外,使用一个或多个有源元件。
图6图示了根据一些实施例可由例如TNP设备11的设备执行的治疗控制过程600。为了方便,在TNP设备11的背景下描述治疗控制过程600,但该治疗控制过程可以在本文描述的其他***中实施或者由未示出的其他***实施。
在框61处,治疗控制过程600可以生成并输出控制信号。例如,控制器31可以生成控制信号并将其输出到驱动电路33。在框62处,治疗控制过程600可以响应于控制信号而激活开关。例如,驱动电路33可以响应于控制信号选择性地打开和关闭驱动电路33的一个或多个开关。在框63处,治疗控制过程600可以经由开关供应驱动信号。例如,驱动电路33可以经由打开和关闭驱动电路33的一个或多个开关将驱动信号供应给耦合电路35。在框64处,治疗控制过程600可以限制驱动信号随时间的变化率。例如,耦合电路35可以使用感抗来限制来自驱动电路33的驱动信号随时间的变化率。在框65处,治疗控制过程600可以响应于驱动信号而供应负压。例如,负压源33可以响应于驱动电路33经由耦合电路35提供的驱动信号而向伤口敷料13供应负压。

Claims (19)

1.一种用于向伤口施加负压的设备,所述设备包括:
负压源,其被配置成经由流体流动路径向置于患者伤口上的伤口敷料提供负压,所述负压源包括致动器,所述致动器被配置成将电能转换为机械能;
耦合电路,其包括感抗;
驱动电路,其被配置成经由所述耦合电路向所述致动器供应驱动信号,以使所述负压源提供负压;以及
控制器,其被配置成控制由所述驱动电路供应的所述驱动信号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述致动器被配置成通过将电能转换为机械能而不是将电能转换为磁能来生成负压。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述负压源包括压电泵,并且所述致动器包括压电换能器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述负压源包括微型泵。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设备,还包括伤口敷料,所述负压源设置在所述伤口敷料上或者所述伤口敷料内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述耦合电路被配置成限制从所述驱动电路供应给所述致动器的所述驱动信号随时间的变化率。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中在1kHz的操作频率下,所述感抗大于5mΩ。
8.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述耦合电路包括电感器,所述电感器串联电耦合在所述驱动电路的输出与所述致动器的输入之间。
9.根据权利要求8所述的设备,其中所述电感器具有1μH与100μH之间的电感。
10.根据权利要求9所述的设备,其中所述电感器具有至少1A的最大额定电流。
11.根据权利要求8所述的设备,其中所述耦合电路包括在所述驱动电路的另一输出与致动器的另一输入之间串联电耦合的电短路。
12.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述驱动电路包括H-桥电路。
13.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述控制器还被配置成将控制信号提供至所述驱动电路,并且所述控制器被配置成通过调节所述控制信号的脉冲宽度调制来控制所述驱动信号。
14.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述驱动信号的幅值小于50V。
15.一种操作负压伤口治疗设备的方法,所述方法包括:
产生和输出控制信号;
响应于所述控制信号激活多个开关;
经由所述多个开关向负压源的致动器供应驱动信号;
限制所述驱动信号随时间的变化率;以及
响应于所述驱动信号,用所述负压源向伤口敷料供应负压。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中所述限制随时间的变化率包括使用感抗来限制所述随时间的变化率。
17.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中通过将电能转换为机械能而不是将电能转换为磁能来执行所述供应负压。
18.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中所述激活所述多个开关包括响应于所述控制信号激活所述多个开关的对。
19.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中所述控制信号包括占空比为50%的方波。
