Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 内燃機関の重油コモンレール噴射システムの燃料供給システムであって、タンク(1)と、前記タンク(1)から高圧ポンプ(5)に重油を送出する一次フィードポンプ(3)とを含み、前記高圧ポンプ(5)が、少なくとも1つの高圧管路(12)を介して、少なくとも1つの噴射器(8)に送り込む高圧アキュムレータ(レール)(6)に接続され、さらに戻り管路を介して前記重油の少なくとも一部を前記タンク(1)に誘導するために別個の高圧管路(15)を介して前記高圧アキュムレータに接続されるパージ弁(9)を含み、前記パージ弁(9)が、開位置と閉位置の間で動作可能である弁部材(28)と、重油高圧アキュムレータ(レール)(6)と連通する高圧管路(15)に接続するための高圧接続部と、戻り管路低圧接続部と、前記弁部材(28)を作動させる作動手段とを備え、前記弁部材(28)の前記弁座(29)が滑り弁座として設計されることを特徴とする燃料供給システム。
- 前記弁部材(28)が、弁スリーブ(23)内で変位自在に案内され、段部を形成された制御エッジ(33)を備え、前記制御エッジが、前記弁(9)を開くために、前記弁スリーブ(23)内に半径方向に開いている前記高圧管路の領域内に変位自在に入り、前記弁を閉じるために、前記弁部材(28)と前記弁スリーブ(23)とのオーバラップを維持しながら、前記高圧管路(12)の口から変位自在に出ることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の燃料供給システム。
- 前記高圧管路(15)が、前記弁スリーブ(23)の環状溝内に開くことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の燃料供給システム。
- 前記オーバラップは最大で、前記弁部材の直径の少なくとも0.1倍から0.5倍であることを特徴とする、請求項1、2又は3記載の燃料供給システム。
- 前記アクチュエータが、空気圧手段として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の燃料供給システム。
- 圧力媒体、特に圧縮空気で動力を供給することができる管路(27)が、前記変位方向を横切って延在する弁部材(28)の表面によって画定されたチャンバ内へと開くことを特徴とする、請求項5記載の燃料供給システム。
- 前記閉位置の方向へ前記弁部材(28)を付勢する圧縮ばね(25)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の燃料供給システム。
- 前記重油を予熱するために前記タンク(1)と前記一次フィードポンプ(3)の間に予熱器が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の燃料供給システム。
- 前記内燃機関の停止時に前記弁を開くために前記パージ弁(9)と協働する制御装置(10)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載の燃料供給システム。
