Description
すなわち、それぞれの動的スリーブインサートと補助構造PLTCMの反応面間の距離は、線形の実施形態よりも平面PLTCMの実施形態の場合の方が大きい。その結果、好ましくはそれ以外の線形平行移動の程度まで、短軸方向に「遊び」が増大する。
したがって、このような状況下では、穴を「粗く」し、WO03/069971号に開示されるスリーブインサートのようにインサートの使用を通じて所望の幾何形状および許容差を確定することが有益である。本発明の多くのシステム実施形態は、補助構造として静的スリーブインサートを提供する。
システム120に関して図示される第2のARMの具体化は、接合フランジ82に関しても生じ得ることを指摘しておくべきである。特に図3を参照すると、略楕円状の幾何形状を有する凹部92を画定するように、接合フランジ82の支持面90が示されている。
Claims (5)
- 第1の二部型回転防止手段の第2の部分を内表面に、第2の二部型回転防止手段の第1の部分を外表面に備える動的スリーブインサートであって、前記内表面が前記第1の二部型回転防止手段の第1の部分の略平行移動を受け入れ、前記第2の二部型回転防止手段の前記第1の部分が前記第2の二部型回転防止手段の第2の部分を備える補助構造を機能上補完し、前記第2のARMが、前記少なくとも2つの工作物と、または前記少なくとも2つの工作物間の最終的な係合の後ではなく前に、前記動的スリーブインサートと前記補助構造間の名目側方平行移動またはせん断移動を超えて受け入れる動的スリーブインサート。
- 前記第2のARMが、前記少なくとも2つの工作物と、または前記少なくとも2つの工作物間の最終的な係合の前および後に、前記動的スリーブインサートと前記補助構造間の名目側方平行移動またはせん断移動を超えて受け入れる、請求項1に記載の動的スリーブインサート。
- 前記補助構造が工作物を備える、請求項1または2に記載の動的スリーブインサート。
- 前記補助構造が静的スリーブインサートを備える、請求項1または2に記載の動的スリーブインサート。
- 前記補助構造が第2の動的スリーブインサートを備える、請求項1または2に記載の動的スリーブインサート。
