Claims (11)
- タービン(26)とタービンホイール(24)とを備え、前記タービン(26)は、少なくとも1つの第1及び第2のスパイラルダクト(52a、52b)を備えるタービンハウジング(50)を含み、前記スパイラルダクトが、それぞれ、内燃機関(10)の排気ガスシステム(36)の複数の排気ガスライン(34a、34b)の少なくとも1つと連結可能であり、互いに無関係に排気ガスを流すことができ、前記タービンハウジング(50)のタービンホイールダクト(54)の内部に配置されている前記タービンホイール(24)は、エグゾーストターボチャージャ(12)のコンプレッサ(18)の、ベアリングシャフト(22)によってトルク耐性に前記タービンホイールと連結されているコンプレッサホイール(20)を駆動するために、少なくとも2つの前記スパイラルダクト(52a、52b)から送られる前記内燃燃機関(10)の排気ガスを当てられる、自動車の内燃機関(10)用エグゾーストターボチャージャ(12)であって、
前記タービン(26)の面積比Qgは0.4よりも大きい数値を有しており、前記タービン(26)の前記面積比QgはQg=(Aλ+AEGR)/ARによって求められ、Aλは前記第1のスパイラルダクト(52a)の最小流路断面積を示し、AEGRは前記第2のスパイラルダクト(52b)の最小流路断面積を示し、ARは前記タービンホイールダクト(54)のホイール出口断面積を示すことを特徴とするエグゾーストターボチャージャ(12)。 - 前記タービン(26)の前記面積比Qgが、少なくとも0.45、好ましくは少なくとも0.5であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエグゾーストターボチャージャ(12)。
- 前記第1のスパイラルダクト(52a)の前記最小流路断面積Aλと前記タービンホイールダクト(54)の前記ホイール出口断面積ARとの面積比Qλが、少なくとも0.35であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のエグゾーストターボチャージャ(12)。
- 前記第1のスパイラルダクト(52a)の前記最小流路断面積Aλと前記タービンホイールダクト(54)の前記ホイール出口断面積ARとの面積比Qλが、少なくとも0.4、好ましくは少なくとも0.5、特に少なくとも0.6であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のエグゾーストターボチャージャ(12)。
- 前記第2のスパイラルダクト(52b)の前記最小流路断面積AEGRと前記タービンホイールダクト(54)の前記ホイール出口断面積ARとの面積比QEGRが、最大0.3であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のエグゾーストターボチャージャ(12)。
- 前記第2のスパイラルダクト(52b)の前記最小流路断面積AEGRと前記タービンホイールダクト(54)の前記ホイール出口断面積ARとの面積比QEGRが、最大0.28、好ましくは最大0.25、特に最大0.1であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のエグゾーストターボチャージャ(12)。
- 前記第1又は前記第2のスパイラルダクト(52a、52b)の合流部分における、前記第1のスパイラルダクト(52a)の前記最小流路断面積Aλ及び/又は前記第2のスパイラルダクト(52b)の前記最小流路断面積AEGRが、前記タービンホイールダクト(54)の中に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のエグゾーストターボチャージャ(12)。
- 前記第1又は前記第2のスパイラルダクト(52a、52b)が、流体的に分離された少なくとも2つのスパイラルセグメントダクトを含み、該スパイラルセグメントダクトは、前記内燃機関(10)の異なる排気ガスライン(34a、34b)に連結可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のエグゾーストターボチャージャ(12)。
- 前記タービン(26)が、ガイドグリル装置を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のエグゾーストターボチャージャ(12)。
- 前記第1のスパイラルダクト(52a)の前記最小流路断面積Aλ及び/又は前記第2のスパイラルダクト(52b)の前記最小流路断面積AEGRが、ガイドグリル装置によって形成されている、及び/又はガイドグリル装置を用いて調整可能であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のエグゾーストターボチャージャ(12)。
- 内燃機関(10)とエグゾーストターボチャージャ(12)とを備える自動車であり、前記内燃機関が、排気ガスシステム(36)の少なくとも2つの排気ガスライン(34a、34b)に接続されている少なくとも2つのシリンダ(30a〜f)又は2つのシリンダグループ(32a、32b)を含み、エグゾーストターボチャージャ(12)は、前記内燃機関(10)の吸気システム(14)に配置されているコンプレッサ(18)及び前記内燃機関(10)の排気ガスシステム(36)に配置されているタービン(26)を含み、該タービン(26)は、第1の排気ガスライン(34a)に連結されている少なくとも1つの第1のスパイラルダクト(52a)と、第2の排気ガスライン(34b)に連結されている第2のスパイラルダクト(52b)と、タービンハウジング(50)のタービンホイールダクト(54)の内部に配置されているタービンホイール(24)とを備える前記タービンハウジング(50)を含み、前記タービンホイール(24)は、エグゾーストターボチャージャ(12)の前記コンプレッサ(18)の、ベアリングシャフト(22)によってトルク耐性に前記タービンホイールと連結されているコンプレッサホイール(20)を駆動するために、少なくとも2つの前記スパイラルダクト(52a、52b)から送られる前記内燃燃機関(10)の排気ガスを当てられ、
前記エグゾーストターボチャージャ(12)が、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に従って形成されていることを特徴とする自動車。
