Abstract

Description
加速される。次に、アンビルロールは真空が開放される点までその部品を運び、部品とキャリアウエブの両方が同じ速度で走行している間に、部品がキャリアウエブに適用される。上記方法の問題点は、スリップ加工が材料特性及び工程設定に非常に敏感なことである。例えば、材料とアンビルロールの間の摩擦係数が高すぎると、材料がスリップ加工中に伸びてしまう。この伸びが起きると、最終切断の長さ及び個別部品のキャリアウエブ上への設置の変位性が大きくなる原因となる。

Claims (8)
- 第一の速度で受取り領域を通って走行している部品(30)を受け取り、第二の速度で適用領域(23)を通って走行しているキャリア(80)に該部品を適用するための装置(20)において、該装置が:
少なくとも2つの独立したプログラム可能なモータ(64A,64B)と、該受取り領域で該部品を受け取り、該適用領域で該部品を適用するための、2つの転送装置(50A,50B)であって、該転送装置の少なくとも1つはその転送装置が周回走行路で動くために該プログラム可能なモータのそれぞれに連結されており、該プログラム可能なモータは、該転送装置が該部品を取り上げる時に該受取り領域内で第一の表面速度を有するように維持し、及び該転送装置が該部品を該キャリアに適用する時に該適用領域内で第二の表面速度を有するように維持し、
