Abstract
【解決手段】電気自動車用バッテリディスコネクトユニット50は、バッテリからインバータに直流を供給する位置又は直流の供給を中断する位置にスイッチングする第1高電圧リレー51と、充電器からバッテリに直流を供給する位置又は直流の供給を中断する位置にスイッチングする第2高電圧リレー52と、第2高電圧リレー52に接続されるプリント配線回路を含み、充電器に接続される入力端子及びバッテリに接続される出力端子を備え充電器とバッテリとの間の直流供給経路を提供するプリント基板55と、第1及び第2高電圧リレーを支持するようにプリント基板55上に設置される基板54と、下部でプリント基板55、54を支持しヒートシンクとして動作する金属ブラケット56とを含む。

Claims (7)
- 直流電源を供給するバッテリ、交流電源を直流電源に変換して前記バッテリを充電する充電器、及び前記バッテリからの直流電力を交流電力に変換して電動機に供給するインバータを有する電気自動車における電気自動車用バッテリディスコネクトユニットであって、
前記バッテリと前記インバータとの間に電気的に接続され、前記バッテリから前記インバータに供給される直流電力を供給する位置又は当該直流電力の供給を中断する位置にスイッチングする第1高電圧リレーと、
前記充電器と前記バッテリとの間に電気的に接続され、前記充電器から前記バッテリに供給される直流電力を供給する位置又は当該直流電力の供給を中断する位置にスイッチングする第2高電圧リレーと、
前記第2高電圧リレーに電気的に接続されるプリント配線回路を含み、前記充電器に接続される入力端子及び前記バッテリに接続される出力端子を備えて前記充電器と前記バッテリとの間の直流電源供給経路を提供するプリント基板と、
前記第1及び第2高電圧リレーを支持するように、前記プリント基板上に設置される基板と、
下部で前記プリント基板及び前記基板を支持すると共に、放熱のためのヒートシンクとして動作する金属ブラケットと
を含むことを特徴とする電気自動車用バッテリディスコネクトユニット。 - 前記金属ブラケットへの熱伝導により放熱されるように、前記バッテリの周囲温度調節用のヒータのオン又はオフ制御のための金属酸化膜半導体電界効果トランジスタが前記金属ブラケット上に固定設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気自動車用バッテリディスコネクトユニット。
- 前記金属酸化膜半導体電界効果トランジスタと前記金属ブラケットとの間に設けられる、電気絶縁性と熱伝導性を有する冷却繊維シートをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気自動車用バッテリディスコネクトユニット。
- 前記第2高電圧リレーは、端子を備え、
前記プリント基板は、前記第2高電圧リレーの端子を挿入して接続できるように、電気導体で構成されたフォーク状の接続端子を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気自動車用バッテリディスコネクトユニット。 - 前記第2高電圧リレーを囲んで付勢するバンド状のゴム製孤立部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気自動車用バッテリディスコネクトユニット。
- 前記基板の上部を覆う蓋体をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気自動車用バッテリディスコネクトユニット。
- 前記基板は、
それぞれ前記第2高電圧リレーの形状に対応して形成され、前記第2高電圧リレーを収容して支持するように、前記基板の底面から上方に延設される複数の支持壁部と、
前記第2高電圧リレーを前記プリント基板に電気的に接続するために、前記基板の中で前記各支持壁部内に設けられ、前記第2高電圧リレーの通過を部分的に許容する複数の開口部と
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気自動車用バッテリディスコネクトユニット。
