Abstract
【解決手段】車両幅方向に延び、第1断面積S1を有するトーション部21と、トーション部21の両端に位置し、第1断面積S1より大きい第2断面積S2を有する肩部22と、肩部22からそれぞれ車両前後方向に延び、第1断面積S1を有するアーム部23とを備えている。

Claims (4)
- 中空部材からなる車両用のスタビライザにおいて、
車両幅方向に延び、第1断面積を有するトーション部と、
このトーション部の両端に位置し、上記第1断面積より大きい第2断面積を有する肩部と、
この肩部からそれぞれ車両前後方向に延び、第1断面積を有するアーム部とを備えていることを特徴とするスタビライザ。 - 上記トーション部と上記肩部、上記アーム部と上記肩部との間には、その断面積が上記第1断面積から上記第2断面積へ大きくなる断面変化部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスタビライザ。
- 上記断面変化部は、上記肩部に発生する最大主応力の65〜75%の最大主応力が発生する位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスタビライザ。
- 中空部材からなり、車幅方向に延び第1断面積を有するトーション部と、このトーション部の両端に位置し、上記第1断面積より大きい第2断面積を有する曲げ部と、この曲げ部からそれぞれ車両前後方向に延び、第1断面積を有するアーム部とを有する車両用のスタビライザ製造方法において、
上記曲げ部において曲げ加工する曲げ加工工程と、
少なくとも曲げ部を含む領域で予備加熱する予備加熱工程と、
上記トーション部、上記曲げ部、上記アーム部を本加熱する本加熱工程とを備えていることを特徴とするスタビライザ製造方法。
