Claims (1)
- 中実の丸棒鋼材を熱間で曲げ加工して成形され、500MPa以上の応力下で使用されると共に、前記曲げ加工時の金型との接触により曲げ部に平らな部分が生じ前記曲げ部の断面が偏平化した車両用高応力スタビライザーであって、
前記中実の丸棒鋼材の素材径をd、前記曲げ部の曲げ半径をR、前記曲げ部の断面の短径をd1、前記曲げ部の断面の長径をd2、前記曲げ部の断面の偏平率φをφ=(d2−d1)/d2×100とするとき、
0<φ≦1.92、でかつ、(φ×d/R)≦1.11
の関係が成り立つ状態に、前記曲げ部を成形した、
ことを特徴とする車両用高応力スタビライザー。
