Abstract
【解決手段】 正負の電極部分を有する電池と、この電池を積層して並列に接続した並列ブロックと、この並列ブロック同士を直列に電気接続した多並多直ブロックと、複数の挿入穴を有し、この挿入穴を前記正負の電極部分に挿入して前記電池同士を電気接続するバスバーとを備えた電源装置であって、前記並列ブロックの前記電池は、前記並列ブロックの一端に前記正の電極部分、他端に前記負の電極部分が並ぶように積層しており、前記多並多直ブロックの前記並列ブロックは、積層するごとに反転させて積層しており、前記バスバーを、前記並列ブロックの前記電池同士を並列に電気接続し、且つ前記並列ブロック同士を直列に電気接続できる一体型のバスバーとした。

Description
また、電池とバスバーとの接続部分の接触面積が広くなり、接触抵抗が下がって電池からバスバーへの通電量が増加するので、バッテリーの出力を大幅にアップすることができる。
バスバー30、40、42での通電がスムーズにでき、バッテリー4の出力をアップすることができるので、バッテリー4の性能を最大限発揮することができる。

Claims (12)
- 正負の電極部分を有する電池と、この電池を積層して並列に電気接続した並列ブロックと、この並列ブロック同士を直列に電気接続した多並多直ブロックと、複数の挿入穴を有し、この挿入穴を前記正負の電極部分に挿入して前記電池同士を電気接続するバスバーとを備えた電源装置であって、
前記並列ブロックの前記電池は、前記並列ブロックの一端に前記正の電極部分、他端に前記負の電極部分が並ぶように積層しており、
前記多並多直ブロックの前記並列ブロックは、積層するごとに反転させて積層しており、
前記バスバーは、前記並列ブロックの前記電池同士を並列に電気接続し、且つ前記並列ブロック同士を直列に電気接続できる一体型のバスバーとすることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 前記バスバーの複数の前記挿入穴の大きさを前記電池の積層方向に対して徐々に大きくしていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電源装置。
- 前記バスバーは、一端側の前記挿入穴を最も小さくし、一端側から他端側へ向かって前記挿入穴を徐々に大きくしていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電源装置。
- 前記バスバーは、中央部分の前記挿入穴を最も小さくし、中央部分から両端側に向かって前記挿入穴を徐々に大きくしていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電源装置。
- 一端側の前記挿入穴を最も小さくし、一端側から他端側へ向かって前記挿入穴を徐々に大きくしているバスバーと、中央部分の前記挿入穴を最も小さくし、中央部分から両端側に向かって前記挿入穴を徐々に大きくしているバスバーの両方を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電源装置。
- 前記バスバーにおいて、大電流が流れる部分の厚さを他の部分よりも厚くしたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5記載の電源装置。
- 前記バスバーにおいて、大電流が流れる部分の表面積を他の部分よりも広くしたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5記載の電源装置。
- 前記バスバーは、全て同素材の材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7記載の電源装置。
- 一体型に形成した前記バスバーは、異素材からなるクラッド材を用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電源装置。
- 前記バスバーの最も小さい前記挿入穴に、前記電池の状態を検出する検出線を接続することを特徴とする請求項2乃至請求項9記載の電源装置。
- 複数の前記挿入穴は、穴の大きさを0.1mmずつ大きくしていることを特徴とする請求項2乃至請求項10記載の電源装置。
- 請求項1から請求項11記載の電源装置を備える車両。
