Abstract
【解決手段】液晶表示パネルがモールド30に搭載されている。モールド30は、導光板90、および、導光板90の側面に配置されたLED50等を含むバックライトを収容している。液晶表示パネルにはメインフレキシブル配線基板20が接続し、モールド30の背面に延在している。LED50はLED用フレキシブル配線基板60に搭載されている。メインフレキシブル配線基板20に搭載され、モールドの背面に配置された電子部品40とLED50との間には絶縁シート70を配置し、LED50と電子部品40とがショートしないようにしている。電気的な絶縁のために、モールド30の隔壁を用いず、絶縁シート70を使用しているので、液晶表示装置の外形を小さくすることが出来る。

Claims (6)
- 液晶表示パネルがモールドに搭載され、前記モールド内には、導光板と、前記導光板の側面にLEDが配置され、前記導光板の背面に反射シートが配置されているバックライトが収容されている液晶表示装置であって、
前記液晶表示パネルには電子部品を搭載したメインフレキシブル配線基板が接続し、前記電子部品は前記モールドの背面に存在し、前記LEDはLED用フレキシブル配線基板に搭載され、前記電子部品と前記LEDとの間には絶縁シートが配置されていることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記絶縁シートは前記電子部品および前記反射シートと接着していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記絶縁シートは前記電子部品および前記LEDと接着していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記絶縁シートは白色の粘着シートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記絶縁シートは、前記液晶表示パネルと前記モールドを接着している両面粘着シートと同じ材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 液晶表示パネルがモールドに搭載され、前記モールド内には、導光板と、前記導光板の側面にLEDが配置され、前記導光板の背面に反射シートが配置されているバックライトが収容されている液晶表示装置であって、
前記液晶表示パネルには電子部品を搭載したメインフレキシブル配線基板が接続し、前記電子部品は前記モールドの背面に存在し、前記メインフレキシブル配線基板は前記モールドに固定され、
前記LEDはLED用フレキシブル配線基板に搭載され、前記LED用フレキシブル配線基板は前記導光板に固定され、
記電子部品と前記LEDとの間には絶縁シートが配置されていることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。
