背景技术
在现有的液晶模组或一体机中,通常需要使用覆晶薄膜(chip on film,COF)通过引线连接到TFT阵列基板的外引脚贴合(Outer Lead Bonding,OLB)区域,从而使得集成于COF上IC的信号通过OLB区导通到TFT阵列基板中。但是,在现有的液晶模组或一体机中,TFT阵列基板的玻璃表面的OLB区与TFT阵列基板的玻璃表面的显示区位于同一个平面,从而导致必须设计框体或者胶水来对TFT阵列基板的玻璃表面的OLB区进行覆盖,这样将会增加液晶模组或一体机的边框,同时会增加成本。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种显示器,能够实现无边框设计、提升品质,同时能够降低成本。

本发明提出的显示器的TFT阵列基板包括显示部和弯折部,所述显示部与所述底框相对设置,所述弯折部与所述侧框相对设置,所述弯折部通过所述覆晶薄膜与所述驱动电路连接,覆晶薄膜与弯折部上的OLB区连接,从而不需要额外的设置前框来遮挡OLB区,从而实现无边框设计、提升了品质,同时降低了成本。

具体实施方式
以下,将参照附图来详细描述本发明的实施例。然而,可以以许多不同的形式来实施本发明,并且本发明不应该被解释为限制于这里阐述的具体实施例。相反,提供这些实施例是为了解释本发明的原理及其实际应用,从而使本领域的其他技术人员能够理解本发明的各种实施例和适合于特定预期应用的各种修改。在附图中,相同的标号将始终被用于表示相同的元件。
参照图1,本实施例提供的显示器包括显示面板1、驱动电路2、覆晶薄膜3及外框4,外框4包括底框41和侧框42,驱动电路2位于显示面板1和底框41之间,显示面板1包括TFT阵列基板11,TFT阵列基板11包括显示部111和弯折部112,显示部111与底框41相对设置,弯折部112与侧框42相对设置,弯折部112通过覆晶薄膜3与驱动电路2连接。
TFT阵列基板11通常需要与驱动电路2连接,以接收驱动电路的驱动信号,驱动电路2与TFT阵列基板11之间通过覆晶薄膜3进行连接,因此,TFT阵列基板11一般包括显示区域和OLB(Outer Lead Bonding)区,其中,显示区域位于显示部111上,OLB区位于弯折部112上,覆晶薄膜3一端通过与OLB区进行压合便可以将TFT阵列基板11与驱动电路2进行电连接,以实现信号传输。
本实施例将TFT阵列基板11的材质选为可以折弯或者热弯的材料,通过将TFT阵列基板11的OLB区设置在弯折部112上,不需要额外的设置前框来遮挡OLB区,从而实现无边框设计。
本实施例中的显示面板1可以为LCD,也可以为OLED。下面以显示面板1为LCD为例对本实施例中的显示器进行详细的描述。
具体地,显示面板1还包括设于显示部111上的CF基板12,CF基板12在沿垂直于侧框42方向上的长度大于显示部111在沿垂直于侧框42方向上的长度,即从显示器的显示面看过去,CF基板12完全遮挡显示部111和弯折部112,从而可以进一步地缩小显示器的边框区域。
本实施例中的显示器还包括位于TFT阵列基板11和CF基板12之间的液晶层(图未示),显示器通过控制液晶层的液晶分子的旋转将光线折射出来产生画面。
显示器还包括设于TFT阵列基板11与底框41之间的胶框5,胶框5包括水平部51和垂直部52,水平部51位于显示部111与底框41之间并与显示部111贴合,弯折部112位于垂直部52与侧框42之间,垂直部52与弯折部112贴合。
显示面板1还包括背光模组13,背光模组13包括背板131、背光源132及导光板133,背光源132设于背板131上,背光源132与导光板133的入光面相对设置。
背板131包括底板100和侧板101,垂直部52位于侧板101与弯折部112之间,侧板101与垂直部52贴合,导光板133设于底板100的上方,驱动电路2设于底板100朝向底框41的一面上。
背光源132设于侧板101上,导光板133的入光面指的是导光板133朝向侧板101的一面,背光源132发出的光线进入导光板133中后经过多次反射后从导光板133的出光面出射,其中,导光板133的出光面指的是导光板133朝向显示部111的一面。
背光模组13还包括反射片134和光学膜片组135,反射片134位于导光板133与底板100之间,光学膜片组135位于导光板133与水平部51之间。光学膜片组135包括扩散片135a、下增亮膜135b及上增亮膜135c,下增亮膜135b位于上增亮膜135c与扩散片135a之间,扩散片135a位于下增亮膜135b与导光板133之间。本实施例中的上增亮膜135c和下增亮膜135b均为棱镜片。
参照图2,在本实施例的另一实施方式中,背光源132设于底板100上并位于底板100与导光板133之间。
反射片134设于背光源132与底板100之间,此外,反射片134还延伸并覆盖侧板101朝向导光板133的一面。在该实施方式中,导光板133的入光面指的是导光板133朝向底板100的一面。在本实施例方式中,当背光模组13为直下式时,图2中的导光板133可以省略。
以上所述仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种显示器,其特征在于,包括显示面板、驱动电路、覆晶薄膜及外框,所述外框包括底框和侧框,所述驱动电路位于所述显示面板和所述底框之间,所述显示面板包括TFT阵列基板,所述TFT阵列基板包括显示部和弯折部,所述显示部与所述底框相对设置,所述弯折部与所述侧框相对设置,所述弯折部通过所述覆晶薄膜与所述驱动电路连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述显示面板还包括设于所述显示部上的CF基板,所述CF基板在沿垂直于所述侧框方向上的长度大于所述显示部在沿垂直于所述侧框方向上的长度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述显示器还包括设于所述TFT阵列基板与所述底框之间的胶框,所述胶框包括水平部和垂直部,所述水平部位于所述显示部与所述底框之间并与所述显示部贴合,所述弯折部位于所述垂直部与所述侧框之间,所述垂直部与所述弯折部贴合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述显示面板还包括背光模组,所述背光模组包括背板、背光源及导光板,所述背光源设于所述背板上,所述背光源与所述导光板的入光面相对设置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述背板包括底板和侧板,所述垂直部位于所述侧板与所述弯折部之间,所述侧板与所述垂直部贴合,所述导光板设于所述底板的上方,所述驱动电路设于所述底板朝向所述底框的一面上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述背光源设于所述底板上并位于所述底板与所述导光板之间。
7.根据权利要求5所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述背光源设于所述侧板上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括反射片和光学膜片组,所述反射片位于所述导光板与所述底板之间,所述光学膜片组位于所述导光板与所述水平部之间。
9.根据权利要求8所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述光学膜片组包括扩散片、下增亮膜及上增亮膜,所述下增亮膜位于所述上增亮膜与所述扩散片之间,所述扩散片位于所述下增亮膜与所述导光板之间。
10.根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述显示面板为OLED。
