Abstract
【解決手段】複数の画素からなる表示パネルと、走査駆動部及びデータ駆動部と、前記走査駆動部及びデータ駆動部に所定の制御信号を印加して前記走査駆動部及びデータ駆動部を制御するタイミング制御部と、前記走査駆動部及びデータ駆動部と電気的に連結された第1印刷回路基板及び第2印刷回路基板と、前記タイミング制御部が実装される第3印刷回路基板と、前記第3印刷回路基板と第1、2印刷回路基板の間に前記タイミング制御部と前記走査及びデータ駆動間の信号を伝達する複数の信号線と、前記表示パネルの背面と前記第1〜第3印刷回路基板の間に挿入される放熱板と、前記複数の信号線を覆う遮蔽部と、を備える平板表示装置。

Claims (10)
- 複数の画素が含まれ、前記複数の画素により画像を表示する表示パネルと、
前記表示パネルに備えられた画素にそれぞれ走査信号及びデータ信号を提供する走査駆動部及びデータ駆動部と、
前記走査駆動部及びデータ駆動部に所定の制御信号を印加して前記走査駆動部及びデータ駆動部を制御するタイミング制御部と、
前記走査駆動部及びデータ駆動部と電気的に連結された第1印刷回路基板及び第2印刷回路基板と、
前記タイミング制御部が実装される第3印刷回路基板と、
前記第3印刷回路基板と第1、2印刷回路基板の間に前記タイミング制御部と前記走査及びデータ駆動間の信号を伝達する複数の信号線と、
前記表示パネルの背面と前記第1〜第3印刷回路基板の間に挿入される放熱板と、
前記複数の信号線を覆う遮蔽部と、
を備えることを特徴とする、平板表示装置。 - 前記走査駆動部及びデータ駆動部はIC形態で実現されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記走査駆動部を構成するICは、前記画像を表示する表示パネルの一面外郭に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記データ駆動部を構成するICは軟性印刷回路基板上に実装され、前記軟性回路基板は前記第2印刷回路基板と連結されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記放熱板は、導電性及び熱伝導性の高い材質で実現されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記放熱板の外面は、接着性質を有する材質で実現されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記放熱板は、反射率の高い色を有する材質で実現されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記放熱板には接地電源が印加されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記遮蔽部は、前記信号線と面接する領域に形成される絶縁層と、前記絶縁層の外部を覆う導電性物質で実現されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記導電性を有する遮蔽部の外面は、前記放熱板と接着されて電気的に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の平板表示装置。
