Claims (17)
- 導電パターンにより接続された発光ダイオード(LED)の配列が設けられた半透明プレートと、
前記半透明プレートの第一側で前記半透明プレートから所定距離離間して配置されたリフレクタと、を有する薄型イルミネーションデバイスであって、
前記LEDの配列は、実質的に前記リフレクタに向かう光を放射するように配置され、かつ前記リフレクタは、前記LEDからの光を前記半透明プレートを通して反射するように配置されていることを特徴とする薄型イルミネーションデバイス。 - 前記リフレクタは前記半透明プレートに対して実質的に平行であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薄型イルミネーションデバイス。
- 前記リフレクタは拡散リフレクタであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の薄型イルミネーションデバイス。
- 前記拡散リフレクタは拡散要素を有していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の薄型イルミネーションデバイス。
- 前記導電パターンは半透明導電材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の薄型イルミネーションデバイス。
- 前記導電パターンは金属ワイヤからなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の薄型イルミネーションデバイス。
- 前記リフレクタと前記半透明プレートとの間の距離は、2mmから10mmの間にあることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の薄型イルミネーションデバイス。
- 前記半透明プレートには反射ドットパターンが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薄型イルミネーションデバイス。
- 前記パターン中の反射ドットは、LEDの近くで比較的高い密度を有し、LEDから離れると比較的低い密度を有していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の薄型イルミネーションデバイス。
- 前記LEDの配列は、青色LEDおよび/またはUV LEDを有し、前記リフレクタは蛍光材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薄型イルミネーションデバイス。
- 前記半透明プレートと前記リフレクタとの間に少なくとも1つの蛍光灯管が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薄型イルミネーションデバイス。
- 前記半透明プレートには、光学的に活性な前側層が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薄型イルミネーションデバイス。
- 前記光学的に活性な前側層は、前記半透明プレートに一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の薄型イルミネーションデバイス。
- 前記光学的に活性な前側層は、前記リフレクタとは反対側の、前記半透明プレートの第二側で前記半透明プレートから所定距離離間して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の薄型イルミネーションデバイス。
- 前記半透明プレートは可撓性を有するポリマーフィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薄型イルミネーションデバイス。
- 請求項1乃至15のいずれか1項に記載の薄型イルミネーションデバイスを有し、バックライトとして使用されることを特徴とするディスプレイデバイス。
- 請求項1乃至15のいずれか1項に記載の薄型イルミネーションデバイスを有することを特徴とする照明デバイス。
