Abstract
【解決手段】制輪子41がアクチュエータ(油圧ピストン8)によってディスク6に押し付けられる鉄道車両用キャリパブレーキ装置1であって、制輪子41を支持する支持レール51と、支持レール51の一端をキャリパ本体10に回動可能に連結する第一アンカピン16と、支持レール51の他端をキャリパ本体10に係止する第二アンカピン17と、支持レール51からディスク5の回転軸方向に突出するガイド突起14、15とを備え、制輪子41の組み付け時に第二アンカピン17がキャリパ本体10から取り外されるとともにガイド突起14、15がキャリパ本体10に係合して支持レール51の回動を係止した状態にて制輪子41が支持レール51に差し込まれる構成とした。

Claims (2)
- 制輪子がアクチュエータによって車輪のディスクに押し付けられる鉄道車両用キャリパブレーキ装置であって、
前記ディスクに沿って設けられるキャリパ本体と、
前記制輪子を支持する支持レールと、
この支持レールの一端を前記キャリパ本体に回動可能に連結する第一アンカピンと、
前記支持レールの他端を前記キャリパ本体に係止する第二アンカピンと、
前記支持レールから前記ディスクの回転軸方向に突出するガイド突起とを備え、
前記制輪子の組み付け時に前記第二アンカピンが前記キャリパ本体から取り外されるとともに前記ガイド突起が前記キャリパ本体に係合して前記支持レールの回動を係止した状態にて前記制輪子が前記支持レールに差し込まれる構成としたことを特徴とする鉄道車両用キャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記キャリパ本体に前記第一アンカピンと前記第二アンカピンをそれぞれ引き込む位置を調整する第一、第二アジャスタを設け、
前記アクチュエータとして前記第一、第二アジャスタの間に複数の油圧ピストンを配置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉄道車両用キャリパブレーキ装置。
