Abstract
【解決手段】先端部10に処置具起上台15を収容しかつ処置具起上台に向かって挿入部8内に配設した処置具挿通チャンネル9が開口する側方視型の親内視鏡1と、先端側に湾曲部5を配設した挿入部3を親内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルに挿通して体腔内に導いて被検査部位を観察又は治療する子内視鏡2とからなる親子式内視鏡において、子内視鏡の挿入部を親内視鏡の観察窓から観察方向に約20mm突出させたとき子内視鏡の湾曲部の手元端29が親内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネル開口部22より基端側に位置するように設定する。

Claims (2)
- 先端部に処置具起上台を収容し、かつ前記処置具起上台に向かって挿入部内に配設した処置具挿通チャンネルが開口する側方視型の親内視鏡と、先端側に湾曲部を配設した挿入部を前記親内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルに挿通して体腔内に導いて被検査部位を観察又は治療する子内視鏡とからなる親子式内視鏡において、
前記子内視鏡の挿入部を前記親内視鏡の観察窓から観察方向に約20mm突出させたとき、前記子内視鏡の湾曲部の手元端が前記親内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネル開口部より基端側に位置することを特徴とする親子式内視鏡。 - 先端部に処置具起上台を収容し、かつ前記処置具起上台に向かって挿入部内に配設した処置具挿通チャンネルが開口する側方視型の親内視鏡と、先端側に湾曲部を配設した挿入部を前記親内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルに挿通して体腔内に導いて被検査部位を観察又は治療する子内視鏡とからなる親子式内視鏡において、
前記子内視鏡の挿入部を前記親内視鏡の観察窓から観察方向に約20mm突出させたとき、前記処置具挿通チャンネル内に位置する子内視鏡の挿入部の湾曲部より基端側の中心軸は略一直線状となることを特徴とする親子式内視鏡。
