Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の有機電界発光表示装置は、画素領域20及び非画素領域40を含む基板100と、画素領域20の第1方向に形成されたアノード電極12と、アノード電極12と連結されて非画素領域40に形成されたデータライン62と、画素領域20の第2方向に形成されたカソード電極14と、カソード電極14と連結されて非画素領域40に形成された走査ライン64と、データライン62及び走査ライン64に連結された駆動回路90と、データライン62及び走査ライン64の少なくとも1つの一部が露出するように開口部80cが形成された保護膜80とを備えていることを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 画素領域及び非画素領域を含む基板と、
前記基板の画素領域に第1方向に形成された第1電極と、
前記第1電極と連結されるように、前記基板の非画素領域に形成された第1配線と、
前記基板の画素領域に第2方向に形成された第2電極と、
前記第2電極と連結されるように、前記基板の非画素領域に形成された第2配線と、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に形成された有機薄膜層と、
前記第1配線及び前記第2配線に連結された駆動回路と、
前記画素領域及び前記非画素領域を含む前記基板上に形成され、前記第1配線及び前記第2配線のうちの少なくとも1つの一部が露出するように、開口部が形成された保護膜と
を備えていることを特徴とする有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記開口部に、前記第1配線又は前記第2配線と接触するショートバーを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第1配線及び前記第2配線は、透明電極及び補助電極の積層構造からなることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記透明電極は、ITO(Indium Tin Oxide)、IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide)及びITZO(Indium Tin Zinc Oxide)からなる群より選択された物質で形成され、前記補助電極は、アルミニウム(Al)、銀(Ag)、モリブデン(Mo)、銅(Cu)及びクロム(Cr)を含む群より選択された物質で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記補助電極は、アルミニウム(Al)、銀(Ag)、モリブデン(Mo)、銅(Cu)及びクロム(Cr)を含む群より選択された金属の積層構造で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記保護膜は、ポリイミド、フェノール樹脂及びアクリル樹脂からなる群より選択された物質で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記保護膜は、前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記駆動回路の入力端子と連結されるように、前記基板の非画素領域に形成された入力パッドを更に備え、前記入力パッドが露出するように、前記保護膜に開口部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
