Abstract
【解決手段】AMT制御ユニット120の変速制御部180は、所定の変速禁止条件が成立すると、後輪WRに回転駆動力を伝達中の変速比の変更を禁止すると共に、回転駆動力を伝達中の変速比を維持した状態において、クラッチを駆動制御するのみで他の変速比を選択可能な状態とする予備変速を車両の状態に応じて実行する。変速機TMの主軸13は外主軸6と外主軸7とからなり、変速機の複数のギヤ対は、内主軸7に係る奇数段グループと外主軸6に係る偶数段グループとからなる。クラッチは、内主軸7に係る第1クラッチCL1と外主軸6に係る第2クラッチCL2とからなる。変速制御部180は、変速禁止条件解除後に所定時間が経過すると、クラッチを駆動して変速比を変更する。

Claims (6)
- 動力源の回転駆動力を任意の変速比によって駆動輪へ伝達する変速機と、前記回転駆動力の伝達を断接するクラッチとを有する車両の変速制御装置において、
前記変速機および前記クラッチを駆動制御する変速制御部と、
前記車両の走行状態に基づいて、所定の変速禁止条件が成立したことを検知する変速禁止状態検知部とを具備し、
前記変速機は、前記回転駆動力を伝達中の変速比を維持した状態において、前記クラッチを駆動制御するのみで他の変速比を選択可能な状態とする予備変速が実行できるように構成されており、
前記変速制御部は、前記変速禁止条件が成立すると、前記回転駆動力を伝達中の変速比の変更を禁止すると共に、前記車両の状態に応じて前記予備変速を実行することを特徴とする車両の変速制御装置。 - 前記変速機は、主軸とカウンタ軸との間に配設されている複数のギヤ対から、変速機構によって選択された1つのギヤ対によって前記回転駆動力の伝達を行う有段変速機であり、
前記主軸は、外主軸と、該外主軸に回転自在に軸支された内主軸とからなり、
前記複数のギヤ対は、前記内主軸に係る奇数段グループと、前記外主軸に係る偶数段グループとからなり、
前記クラッチは、前記内主軸へ回転駆動力を伝達する第1クラッチと、前記外主軸へ回転駆動力を伝達する第2クラッチとからなるツインクラッチであり、
前記変速制御部は、前記変速禁止条件が成立すると、前記奇数段グループまたは偶数段グループのうち、前記回転駆動力の伝達を行っているギヤ対を含む一方側のグループの変速位置を維持した状態において、前記変速機構によって他方側のグループの変速位置を変更することで前記予備変速を実行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の変速制御装置。 - 前記変速機構は、前記複数のギヤ対に係合されたシフトフォークを駆動するシフトドラムを含み、
前記シフトドラムは、前記奇数段グループから1つのギヤ対を選択するための第1シフトドラムと、前記偶数段グループから1つのギヤ対を選択するための第2シフトドラムとから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両の変速制御装置。 - 前記変速制御部は、前記変速禁止条件の成立中に前記車両の車速が所定値以下になると、前記一方側または他方側のグループの変速位置を、少なくとも1段階下の変速位置に変更することで前記予備変速を実行することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の車両の変速制御装置。
- 前記車両の前輪の回転速度を検知する前輪回転速度センサと、前記車両の後輪の回転速度を検知する後輪回転速度センサとをさらに備え、
前記変速禁止状態検知部は、前記前輪回転速度センサおよび前記後輪回転速度センサの検出値に基づいて算出される、前後輪のスリップ率、前後輪の回転速度差、前後輪の減速度のうちの少なくとも1つが所定値に達することで、前記変速禁止条件が成立したと判定することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の車両の変速制御装置。 - 前記変速制御部は、前記変速禁止条件が解除されてから所定時間が経過すると、前記クラッチを駆動制御して、前記回転駆動力を伝達する変速比を前記予備変速した他の変速比に変更することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の車両の変速制御装置。
