Abstract
【解決手段】セレンおよびホウ素その他の有害物を含有する廃棄物にセメントまたは石灰もしくはその両者を添加混合し、この混合物を水熱処理したのち、得られた水熱固化物を石灰の水溶液に浸漬して養生する廃棄物の有害成分固形化処理法。

Description
(実施例)セレンおよびホウ素を必須的に含有する石炭灰の廃棄物を対象に、本発明の実施例ならびに比較例を表1に示すが、セレンおよびホウ素以外の有害物成分は、いうまでもなく確実にその溶出効果が発揮されるので、成分ごとの数値面での記載を省略してある。そして、この石炭灰の廃棄物に含まれるホウ素およびセレンの含有量にかえて、各溶出量を比較例1の欄に示す。なお、この溶出量ならびに各実施例および比較例の溶出量はすべて環境庁告示第46号「土壌の汚染に係わる環境基準について」付表にしたがって実施測定した値である。
Claims (7)
- セレンおよびホウ素その他の有害物を含有する廃棄物にセメントまたは石灰もしくはその両者を添加混合し、この混合物を水熱処理する廃棄物の処理法において、得られた水熱固化物を石灰の水溶液に浸漬して養生することを特徴とする廃棄物の有害成分固形化処理法。
- セレンおよびホウ素その他の有害物を含有する廃棄物にセメントまたは石灰もしくはその両者と石膏とを添加混合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃棄物の有害成分固形化処理法。
- 石灰の水溶液と水熱固化物との重量比が0.1〜5となるようにして、水熱固化物を石灰の水溶液に浸漬して養生することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の廃棄物の有害成分固形化処理法。
- 水熱固化物を石灰の水溶液に浸漬して1日乃至2週間以内にわたって養生することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の廃棄物の有害成分固形化処理法。
- 廃棄物に対するセメントまたは石灰もしくはその両者の添加量を重量比で5〜60%とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の廃棄物の有害成分固形化処理法。
- 130〜300℃の温度ならびにこの温度での飽和水蒸気圧以上の圧力下にて水熱処理をおこなうことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の廃棄物の有害成分固形化処理法。
- 石灰として生石灰または消石灰を使用し、その水溶液中の石灰濃度をCaO換算で0.5〜5%の範囲とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の廃棄物の有害成分固形化処理法。
