Abstract
【解決手段】筒状桁半部2に外周壁半部8と外周壁半部8に囲まれた部分を仕切る仕切り壁半部9とを備える。外周壁半部8の肉厚を仕切り壁半部9の肉厚よりも厚く形成する。外周壁半部8の先端部同士を振動溶着により一体化されて筒状桁部6の外周壁10が形成する。振動溶着の振動方向と交差する方向の仕切り壁半部9の先端部同士を一部を除いて振動溶着により一体化して両仕切り壁半部9により外周壁10内を上下に仕切る仕切り壁11を構成する。仕切り壁半部9の先端部同士の振動溶着していない部分においては両者の間に小間隙12を設ける。

Claims (3)
- 上デッキ部の下面から筒状桁半部を一体に突設した合成樹脂製のパレット上半体と、下デッキ部の上面から筒状桁半部を一体に突設した合成樹脂製のパレット下半体とが、パレット上半体の筒状桁半部とパレット下半体の筒状桁半部との各先端同士を振動溶着することで一体化されて両筒状桁半部により上デッキ部と下デッキ部とを一体に連設する筒状桁部を形成した振動溶着パレットであって、筒状桁半部が外周壁半部と外周壁半部に囲まれた部分を仕切る仕切り壁半部とを備え、外周壁半部の肉厚が仕切り壁半部の肉厚よりも厚く形成され、外周壁半部の先端部同士が振動溶着により一体化されて筒状桁部の外周壁が形成され、振動溶着の振動方向と交差する方向の仕切り壁半部の先端部同士が一部を除いて振動溶着により一体化されて両仕切り壁半部により外周壁内を上下に仕切る仕切り壁が構成されていると共に仕切り壁半部の先端部同士の振動溶着していない部分においては両者の間に小間隙が設けてあることを特徴とする振動溶着パレット。
- 上デッキ部の下面から筒状桁半部を一体に突設した合成樹脂製のパレット上半体と、下デッキ部の上面から筒状桁半部を一体に突設した合成樹脂製のパレット下半体とが、パレット上半体の筒状桁半部とパレット下半体の筒状桁半部との各先端同士を振動溶着することで一体化されて両筒状桁半部により上デッキ部と下デッキ部とを一体に連設する筒状桁部を形成した振動溶着パレットであって、筒状桁半部が外周壁半部と外周壁半部に囲まれた部分を仕切る仕切り壁半部とを備え、外周壁半部の内面部に補強リブを設け、外周壁半部の先端部同士が振動溶着により一体化されて筒状桁部の外周壁が形成され、振動溶着の振動方向と交差する方向の仕切り壁半部の先端部同士が一部を除いて振動溶着により一体化されて両仕切り壁半部により外周壁内を上下に仕切る仕切り壁が構成されていると共に仕切り壁半部の先端部同士の振動溶着していない部分においては両者の間に小間隙が設けてあることを特徴とする振動溶着パレット。
- 筒状桁部間に両端部が開口したフォーク挿入用空所を形成し、フォーク挿入用空所の下部の下デッキ部の両端部及び中間部に対応する部位において隣接する筒状桁半部同士を連設部により一体に連設すると共に、下デッキ部の連設部間に挟まれた部位を上下に開口する下面開口部とし、上記振動方向と交差する方向の仕切り壁半部が、連設部の延長線上に形成してあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の振動溶着パレット。
