Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、少なくとも1つの燃料タンクに燃料を供給するための少なくとも1つのポンプを備えた、自動点火式内燃機関のための燃料噴射システムに関する。該燃料タンクは少なくとも1つの制御装置により制御された、操作装置により操作されるインジェクタに接続されており、該インジェクタの制御体は完全にインジェクタ内で移動する。内燃機関の運転中、インジェクタと燃料タンクとの間に継続的な接続が成立している。

Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1つの燃料タンク(2)に燃料を供給するための少なくとも1つのポンプ(4)を備えた、特に自動点火の内燃機関のための燃料噴射システムであって、
該燃料タンク(2)は少なくとも1つの制御装置(12)により制御された、操作装置(3)により操作されるインジェクタ(5)に接続されており、該インジェクタ(5)の制御体(9)は前記インジェクタ(5)内で移動し、その際各前記インジェクタ(5)のスリーブ(20)には内側スリーブ底から所定の距離を置いて、制御体により閉じることが可能な噴射開口部(22)が設けられており、前記制御体(9)と前記スリーブ(20)との間には弁座(19)が設けられており、該弁座(19)は、前記制御体(9)が持ち上げられると前記噴射開口部(22)への接続を開く、燃焼噴射システムにおいて、
運転中に前記インジェクタ(5)と前記燃料タンク(2)との間に継続的な接続が成立していることを特徴とする燃料噴射システム。 - 前記制御体(9)が所定の行程だけ持ち上げられたときに初めて、噴射室(31)と前記燃料タンク(2)との間の接続が成立することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記制御体(9)が所定の行程だけ持ち上げられたときに初めて、前記噴射開口部(22)が解放されることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記インジェクタ(5)の前記制御体(9)が行程制御またはストローク制御されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記インジェクタ(5)が閉じている場合には、前記噴射室(31)内でバルブ開口部方向に向かう力が前記制御体(9)にほとんど作用しないように前記インジェクタ(5)が構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記制御体(9)の位置により開口部断面積が設定されるように前記噴射開口部(22)の寸法と配置が決められることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 各前記インジェクタ(5)に操作要素(3)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記操作要素(3)が電磁石またはサーボモータまたは圧電アクチュエータにより操作されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射システム。
