Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る排気浄化装置は、酸化触媒及びPM捕集フィルタを収納した筒形の第1の筐体10と、還元触媒及びアンモニア酸化触媒を収納した筒形の第2の筐体20と、を互いの軸線10a,20aがほぼ平行となるようにして近接配置すると共に、これら両筐体の遠端部どうしを連結する連通管30を、該連通管の軸線30aが筐体の軸線10a,20aとほぼ平行となるように配管してあり、第1の筐体10から第2の筐体20へ至る排気の流路が連通管30により折り返され、排気中に液体還元剤を噴射するノズル31が連通管30に配設されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 排気中の粒子状物質を捕集するフィルタを少なくとも収納した筒形の第1の筐体と、液体還元剤により窒素酸化物を還元浄化する還元触媒を少なくとも収納した筒形の第2の筐体と、を互いの軸線がほぼ平行となるようにして近接配置すると共に、
これら両筐体の遠端部どうしを連結する連通管を、該連通管の軸線が前記筐体の軸線とほぼ平行となるように配管してあり、
前記第1の筐体から前記第2の筐体へ至る排気の流路が前記連通管により折り返され、
排気中に前記液体還元剤を噴射するノズルが前記連通管に配設されていることを特徴とする排気浄化装置。 - 前記第1の筐体の前記フィルタよりも排気上流側に、排気中の一酸化窒素を二酸化窒素に酸化する酸化触媒を収納してあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の排気浄化装置。
- 前記第2の筐体の前記還元触媒よりも排気下流側に、排気中のアンモニアを酸化するアンモニア酸化触媒を収納してあることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の排気浄化装置。
