Abstract
Description
従って、本発明の目的は、上記したような従来技術の問題点のない、2つの鋳造ラインを有する熱間鋼帯の製造ラインであって、2つの鋳造ラインの両方を用いて、圧延工程を全く中断することなく連続的に行うことを可能にする製造ラインを提供することにある。また、本発明の他の1つの目的は、2つの鋳造ラインから供給される複数の鋳片を圧延するか、もしくは該2つの鋳造ラインの内の一方から供給されたスラブを連続的に圧延することを包含する熱間極薄鋼帯の製造方法に関する。
以下、図3に参照して、本発明を説明する。図3においては、2つの鋳造ラインがa及びbとして示されている。鋳造ラインa、bには、EP1197256にも開示されている、液芯低減手段及び直接圧延手段(荒削り手段)が取り付けられている。鋳造ラインa及びbには、その下流側に鋳造ラインで製造されたスラブを切断するための剪断機c及びc'がそれぞれ連結されている。剪断機c及びc' は、鋳造ラインで製造されたスラブを切断して得られる複数の鋳片を用いて圧延を行う際に使用され、その際には、上記の鋳片は、鋳造ラインaに設けられた、内部にマンドレルを有するガスが供給された加熱炉A1、A2、及び鋳造ラインbに設けられた、内部にマンドレルを有するガスが供給された加熱炉B1、B2に供給される。加熱炉A1、A2は、仕上前鋳片を、対応する上流の鋳造ラインから受け取り、下流の圧延ラインgに供給できるように移動及び回転することができる。バイパス経路dは、鋳造ラインaに配置された加熱炉A1と加熱炉A2との間に設置され、剪断機cにより切断されていない連続的なスラブを、断熱性ローラーコンベアeを介して圧延機gに供給し、連続的に圧延するという操作を可能にする。
Claims (9)
- 熱間鋼帯を製造するための製造ラインであって、
厚み100mm以下の薄いスラブ製造用の2つの鋳造ライン(a)及び(b)、
該鋳造ライン(a)と直列に配置されてなる、ローラーコンベア(e)及び仕上用圧延機(g)を含む圧延ライン、
上下に重なり合った加熱炉(A1)及び(A2)であって、該鋳造ライン(a)で製造されたスラブから得られる厚み30mm未満の仕上前鋳片の巻き取り及び巻き出し用マンドレルを内部に有しており、該鋳造ライン(a)に設けられた加熱炉(A1)及び(A2)、
上下に重なり合った加熱炉(B1)及び(B2)であって、該鋳造ライン(b)で製造されたスラブから得られる厚み30mm未満の仕上前鋳片の巻き取り及び巻き出し用マンドレルを内部に有しており、鋳造ライン(b)に設けられた加熱炉(B1)及び(B2)、
該鋳造ライン(a)で製造されたスラブを、ローラーコンベア(e)を介して仕上用圧延機(g)で連続的圧延に付すためのバイパス経路(d)であって、加熱炉(A1)と(A2)との間に設けられたバイパス経路(d)、
加熱炉(B1)及び(B2)を、鋳造ライン(b)から鋳造ライン(a)に移動するための横断経路(k)、及び
マンドレルを有する該加熱炉の下流であって、該仕上用圧延機(g)の直上流に設けられた誘導炉(f)、
を含むことを特徴とする製造ライン。 - 鋳造ライン(a)及び(b)に設けられた、マンドレルを有する該加熱炉の上流にそれぞれ剪断機(c)及び(c')がさらに配置されてなり、非連続的に圧延を行う場合に、該スラブを切断するために、鋳造ライン(a)に設けられた剪断機(c)が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造ライン。
- 該圧延機(g)の下流に、連続運転時に、仕上がった鋼帯が所定の重量に達した際に、これを切断するための走間剪断機(i)をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造ライン。
- 該バイパス経路(d)が、ローラーコンベア(e)及び圧延機(g)を含む圧延ラインと直列に配置された断熱性のローラーコンベアであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造ライン。
- 該加熱炉(B1)及び(B2)を、これらの加熱炉から供給される仕上前鋳片の圧延及び加熱炉(A1)及び(A2)から供給される仕上前鋳片の圧延のタイミングに応じて、該横断経路(k)に沿って移動させる手段をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の製造ライン。
- 該ローラーコンベア(e)が、鋳造ライン(a)を横断する方向に移動可能であって、該圧延機(g)が、加熱炉(B1)及び(B2)のための横断経路(k)と反対の方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造ライン。
- 厚み100mm以下の薄いスラブ製造用の2つの鋳造ラインから得られるスラブを用いて極薄熱間鋼帯を製造する方法であって、
2つの鋳造ライン、該2つの鋳造ラインの一方と直列に配置された圧延ライン、液芯低減手段及び該液芯低減手段の下流に設けられた荒削り手段を含む製造ラインを提供し、
該鋳造ラインにより、厚み30mm未満のスラブを得、
圧延ラインと直列に配置された鋳造ラインによって得られるスラブのみを、連続的に圧延ラインに供給して仕上圧延工程に付すことにより厚み1.0mm未満の極薄鋼帯を得るか、もしくは該2つの鋳造ラインにおいて得られたスラブをそれぞれ切断して仕上前鋳片を得、得られた仕上前鋳片を回転式加熱手段によって巻き取り、該圧延ラインと直列に配置されていない鋳造ラインの加熱手段を、該圧延ラインと直列に配置されている鋳造ラインへ移動させ、またこれを元に戻す移動工程によって、該2つの鋳造ラインで得られた仕上前鋼片を交互に圧延ラインに供給して仕上圧延工程に付すことにより、厚み1.0〜12.0mmの鋼帯を製造する、
ことを包含する方法。 - 該回転式加熱手段による加熱工程と仕上げ圧延工程との間に誘導加熱工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 該鋳造ラインの末端で得られる、加熱炉において巻き取られる鋼片の温度が約900℃であることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
