Abstract
Description
(1)水/雨の浸透に抵抗を示す − 建築物の内部部材の作業を速やかに開始して、建設期間及び費用を節約できるように、好ましくはEBSにより建築物を耐気候構造とすることができる。
(2)与えられた湿気の負荷に対処する − EBSはそれ自身又は他の建築部材を劣化させずに、与えられた湿気の負荷に対処しなければならない。EBSは湿気を外部に逃がすことが可能でなければならない。
(3)断熱を提供する − EBSは建築物に当面の断熱を提供することに加えて、エネルギー基準に合致する最終的な断熱パッケージの一部にもなる。
(4)空気侵入バリアとして働く − EBSはそこを通る空気の漏えいを最小限にし、空気侵入バリアシステムの一部となる。

Claims (22)
- 液体の水の浸透に抵抗性であって第1及び第2の主表面を有する無機繊維断熱板;
空気の侵入及び液体の水の浸透に抵抗性であって、該断熱板の該第1の外部主表面に積層され、水蒸気透過性である外部面材;並びに
接着剤を用いて該断熱板の該第2の内部主表面に積層された内部面材であって、該内部面材とその上の接着剤とを備えた該第2の主表面が液体の水の浸透に抵抗性となるようにしたもの
を含み、このようにして単一の建築外装外皮製品の区画を形成する、
建築製品。 - 前記無機繊維断熱板が、ガラス繊維又はロックウール繊維、スラグ繊維、セラミック繊維を含む、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 前記外部面材が、ポリマーフィルム、共押出ポリマーフィルム、ポリマーフィルム積層体、不織マット、被覆した不織物もしくは織物材、ポリマーフィルム/不織物積層体、織物ポリマーフィルム、固体ポリマーフィルムに積層した織物ポリマー、ポリマーフィルム/織物ガラス積層体、アスファルト被覆した穴の開いた紙もしくはフィルム、水蒸気が通過可能な穴を開けた反射フィルムもしくはホイル、又はスプレー適用される液体被覆材からなる群から選択される、請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の製品。
- 前記内部面材が、ガラス及び/又はポリマーの布帛である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の製品。
- 前記外部面材がシールタブを含み、両面テープが該シールタブの内側表面に付着している、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の製品。
- 前記無機繊維断熱板が、オス及びメスの合いじゃくり端を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の製品。
- 前記内部面材を覆う耐火性材料をさらに含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の製品。
- 前記外部面材がその上に周期的な間隔の複数の線を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の製品。
- 液体の水の浸透に抵抗性であって第1及び第2の主表面を有する無機繊維断熱板;
空気の侵入及び液体の水の浸透に抵抗性であって、該断熱板の該第1の表面に積層され、水蒸気透過性である面材;並びに
該断熱板の該第2の表面に積層された水蒸気抑制材
を含み、単一の建築外装外皮製品を形成する、
建築製品。 - 複数の骨組部材;
内部主表面が該骨組部材に面するように、該骨組部材の外部面に取り付けられた、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の単一の建築外皮材の層;
コンクリートメーソンリー、セラミックタイル、ガラス、処理木製パネル、羽目板、こけら板、煉瓦、ストッコ又は石からなる群から選択される外部層であって、建築外皮製品の区画を貫通する連結器具を用いて該骨組部材に連結され、前記外部面材と面した状態である外部層
を含む、建築外壁。 - 前記骨組部材と前記単一の建築外皮材の層との間に石こう層をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の壁。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の建築製品の製造方法であって、
液体の水の浸透に抵抗性であって第1及び第2の主表面を有する無機繊維断熱板を用意し;
空気の侵入及び液体の水の浸透に抵抗性であって、水蒸気透過性である外部面材を該断熱板の該第1の主表面に積層し;並びに
内部面材とその上の接着剤とを備えた該第2の主表面が液体の水の浸透に抵抗性となるよう、接着剤を用いて該内部面材を該断熱板の該第2の主表面に接着して、単一の建築外装外皮製品の区画を形成する
ことを含む方法。 - 前記無機繊維断熱板が、ガラス繊維、及び疎水性物質を中に有するバインダーを含み;
前記外部面材が、ポリマーフィルム、共押出ポリマーフィルム、ポリマーフィルム積層体、不織マット、被覆した不織物もしくは織物材、ポリマーフィルム/不織物積層体、織物ポリマーフィルム、固体ポリマーフィルムに積層した織物ポリマー、ポリマーフィルム/織物ガラス積層体、アスファルト被覆した穴の開いた紙もしくはフィルム、水蒸気が通過可能な穴を開けた反射フィルムもしくはホイル、又はスプレー適用される液体被覆材からなる群から選択され;並びに
前記内部面材がガラス及び/又はポリマーの布帛である、
請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記内部面材が前記第2の表面に積層され、あるいは前記板の製造工程中に液体の水の浸透に前記布帛が抵抗性となるように前記布帛が処理される、請求項12又は13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記外部面材が輻射エネルギーを反射する反射性表面を有する、請求項12〜14のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記内部面材を覆う耐火性材料を接合することをさらに含む、請求項12〜15のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記外部面材がその上に周期的な間隔の複数の線を有し、その線を前記単一の建築外装外皮製品を骨組部材に取り付ける留め具を配置するためのガイド目印として使用できる、請求項12〜16のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記内部面材が骨組部材に面するように、単一の建築外装外皮製品の区画を建築物の外壁の複数の該骨組部材の外部面に取り付け;及び
コンクリートメーソンリー、セラミックタイル、ガラス、処理木製パネル、羽目板、こけら板、煉瓦、ストッコ又は石からなる群から選択される外部層を、建築外皮製品の区画を貫通する連結器具を用いて該骨組部材に取り付け、前記面材は該外部層と面した状態であって、このようにして該外壁を形成する
ことをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の壁を得る方法。 - 単一の建築外装外皮製品の区画が前記骨組部材に直接接触し、かつ前記外部層が単一の建築外装外皮製品の区画に直接接触するか、あるいは単一の建築外装外皮製品の区画の隣の空隙に面している、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記外部面材が、前記外部面材又は前記第1の表面の上に液体の水の浸透に抵抗性であるシールタブを含んでおり、
前記単一の建築外装外皮製品の第2の区画を外壁の複数の骨組部材の外部面に取り付け、前記面材は該骨組部材に面した状態であって;及び
単一の建築外装外皮製品の前記第1の区画の該シールタブを単一の建築外装外皮製品の該第2の区画に取り付けて、別の建築ラップ又はシールテープを適用せずに、単一の建築外装外皮製品の前記第1の区画と該第2の区画との間にシールを形成する
ことをさらに含む、請求項18又は19のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記タブがその上に感圧接着剤又は両面接着テープを備える、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記無機繊維断熱板の前記第1及び第2の区画がオス及びメスの合いじゃくり端をそれぞれ含んでおり、前記第1の区画の該オスの端を前記第1の区画の該メスの端に接合することをさらに含む、請求項18〜21のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
