Abstract
Description
タービン翼表面上に探触子を固定する過程、
探触子に測定評価装置を接続する過程、
群振動子−フェーズドアレイ−超音波探傷方式により測定し、その際超音波パルス信号を送信し、傷部或いは形状境界部での反射に起因するエコー信号を受信する過程、
エコー信号を基準エコー信号と比較する過程、および
エコー信号と基準エコー信号との差異の評価により傷を求める過程。
タービン翼表面に探触子を固定するための固定装置、
探触子に接続された超音波パルス信号源、
超音波エコー信号受信器、および
エコー信号を表示するための表示装置。
Claims (13)
- タービン翼表面(13)上に探触子(18)を固定する過程、
探触子に測定評価装置(21)を接続する過程、
群振動子−フェーズドアレイ−超音波探傷方式により測定し、その際、超音波パルス信号を送信され、傷部或いは形状境界部における反射に起因するエコー信号を受信する過程、
エコー信号を基準エコー信号と比較する過程、および
エコー信号と基準エコー信号との差異の評価により傷を求める過程
を含むことを特徴とするタービン翼の探傷方法。 - 群振動子−フェーズドアレイ−超音波探傷方式として、インパルスエコー方式を利用することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 基準エコー信号をモデル計算で求めることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 基準エコー信号を、無傷のタービン翼(7)での測定から求めることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 探触子(18)を、超音波パルス信号を種々の方向に送信できるフェーズドアレイ探触子として形成することを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の方法。
- 探触子の設置場所で、超音波パルス信号をタービン翼表面に対し、垂直に延びる主入射方向に対し−45°〜+45°の角度範囲で送信することを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- タービン翼表面(13)に探触子(18)を固定するための固定装置と、
探触子(18)に接続された超音波パルス信号源と、
超音波エコー信号受信器と、
エコー信号を表示するための表示装置と
を有することを特徴とするタービン翼(7)の探傷のための測定評価装置(21)。 - 探触子(18)がフェーズドアレイ探触子として形成されたことを特徴とする請求項7記載の測定評価装置(21)。
- 固定装置(14)が容易に変形可能な材料からなることを特徴とする請求項7記載の測定評価装置(21)。
- 固定装置(14)がプラスチック、木材或いはゴムからなることを特徴とする請求項9記載の測定評価装置(21)。
- 固定装置(14)のタービン翼表面(13)の側の外側幾何学形状が、タービン翼表面(13)の外側幾何学形状に合わされ、固定装置(14)が探触子(18)を収容するための凹所(17)を有することを特徴とする請求項7記載の測定評価装置(21)。
- 固定装置(14)が容易に取り付けできることを特徴とする請求項9から11の1つに記載の測定評価装置(21)。
- 固定装置(14)が容易に変形可能な超音波伝送ペーストでタービン翼表面(13)に取り付けられたことを特徴とする請求項9から11の1つに記載の測定評価装置(21)。
