Abstract
【解決手段】吸収塔50の上方区域52においてアルカリ性スラリーを噴霧して煙道ガス流れと接触させることにより、煙道ガスに含まれるSO2をアルカリ性スラリー中に吸収させる湿式煙道ガス脱硫システムにおいて、吸収塔下方に位置するアルカリ性スラリータンク区域55の底部に設置したインジェクタ225の複数の穴からタンク区域の内部壁に向かって上向きに空気を噴射することにより、煙道ガスと接触した後のSO2を豊富に含有するアルカリ性スラリーをタンク区域の内部壁から離した状態に維持し、内部壁上でのスケール生成及び堆積を防止する。

Claims (12)
- 煙道ガス脱硫システムにおけるスケール生成を制御する装置であって、吸収塔のタンク区域内に配設された構成とされたインジェクタを包含し、前記インジェクタが更に老化したスラリーを前記タンク区域の内部壁に向かって押し進めるように流体を前記タンク区域内のスラリー中に指し向けるような構成とされている装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、前記インジェクタが中空の導管から成り、前記中空の導管には複数の穴が設けられている装置。
- 請求項2記載の装置において、前記インジェクタが大略リング状である装置。
- 請求項3記載の装置において、前記インジェクタが更に前記穴を介して取り付けられているスプレイノズルを包含している装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、前記インジェクタが、前記内部壁と前記タンク区域内に残留している新鮮なスラリーとの間に少なくとも部分的なバリヤを形成するために、前記老化したスラリーを前記タンク区域の前記内部壁に向かって押し進めることを生じさせるように前記流体を前記スラリー中に噴射せしめるような構成とされている装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、前記インジェクタが前記老化したスラリーを前記タンク区域の前記内部壁に向かって上昇せしめることを生じさせるように前記流体を前記スラリー中に指し向ける複数の穴を包含している装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、前記流体が気体である装置。
- 請求項7記載の装置において、前記気体が空気である装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、前記気体がアルカリ性スラリーである装置。
- 請求項9記載の装置において、前記アルカリ性スラリーが非過飽和スラリーである装置。
- 請求項10記載の装置において、前記非過飽和スラリーが前記タンク区域の底部の近くから再循環されるようにした装置。
- 煙道ガス脱硫システムにおけるスケール生成を制御する方法であって、非過飽和スラリーを吸収塔の内面に向かって噴射せしめる段階を包含する方法。
