【解決手段】前記前後差圧閾値ΔPsを、基準の前後差圧閾値ΔPs0に対して、前回の強制再生後の車両の走行距離ΔMに応じて段階的又は連続的に変化する係数α(ΔM)を乗じて設定する。

Claims (6)
- 車両に搭載した内燃機関の排気通路にディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを有する排気ガス浄化装置を備え、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタの強制再生開始時期を、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタの前後差圧と所定の前後差圧閾値との比較に基づいて判断する排気ガス浄化方法において、
前記前後差圧閾値を、前回の強制再生後の車両の走行距離に応じて変化する係数を基準の前後差圧閾値に乗じて設定することを特徴とする排気ガス浄化方法。 - 前後差圧と所定の前後差圧閾値との比較に基づく強制再生開始時期の判断に加えて、前回の強制再生後の車両の走行距離と所定の走行距離閾値との比較に基づく強制再生開始時期の判断を用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の排気ガス浄化方法。
- 強制再生開始時期であると判断した時に、運転者に警告し、運転者から入力される強制再生開始の信号を受けて強制再生制御を実施する手動再生と、強制再生開始時期であると判断した時に、自動的に強制再生制御を実施する自動再生とを行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の排気ガス浄化方法。
- 車両に搭載した内燃機関の排気通路にディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを有する排気ガス浄化装置と、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタの強制再生開始時期を、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタの前後差圧と所定の前後差圧閾値との比較に基づいて判断する制御装置を備えた排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記制御装置が、前記前後差圧閾値を前回の強制再生後の車両の走行距離に応じて変化する係数を基準の前後差圧閾値に乗じて設定することを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。 - 前記制御装置が、前後差圧と所定の前後差圧閾値との比較に基づく強制再生開始時期の判断に加えて、前回の強制再生後の車両の走行距離と所定の走行距離閾値との比較に基づく強制再生開始時期の判断を用いることを特徴とする請求項4記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
- 前記制御装置が、強制再生開始時期であると判断した時に、運転者に警告し、運転者から入力される強制再生開始の信号を受けて強制再生制御を実施する手動再生と、強制再生開始時期であると判断した時に、自動的に強制再生制御を実施する自動再生とを行うことを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
