Abstract
【解決手段】発射光源をバックライトモジュール内に固定し、光学フィルムを前記発射光源上に固定し、間隔構造を前記光学フィルム上に配置し、相互に隣接する液晶パネルをその側辺で並列配列または堆積した後、間隔構造上に覆蓋し、微小構造を有する保護層を側辺が並列配列または堆積する液晶パネル本体上に配置する、ステップを含み、液晶ディスプレイを組成する。本発明の提供する継ぎ目のないディスプレイは、複数の発射光源を含むバックライトモジュールと、光学フィルムと、間隔構造と、複数の液晶パネルと、微小構造を有する保護層と、表示ユニットを組成する連接部と、を含み、複数の液晶パネルがその側辺で並列配列または堆積した後、間隔構造上に覆蓋する。本発明は、パネル辺枠の連接式大型パネル上の継ぎ目を縮小し、高品質イメージ表示を達成する。

Description
発射光源をバックライトモジュール内に固定する。
光学フィルムを前記発射光源上に固定する。
間隔構造を前記光学フィルム上に配置する。
相互に隣接する液晶パネルをその側辺で並列配列または堆積した後、前記間隔構造上に覆蓋する。
微小構造を有する保護層を前記側辺が並列配列または堆積する液晶パネル本体上に配置し、表示ユニットを組成する。

Claims (15)
- 発射光源をバックライトモジュール内に固定し、
光学フィルムを前記発射光源上に固定し、
間隔構造を前記光学フィルム上に配置し、
相互に隣接する液晶パネルをその側辺で並列配列または堆積した後、前記間隔構造上に覆蓋し、
微小構造を有する保護層を前記側辺が並列配列または堆積する液晶パネル本体上に配置し、表示ユニットを組成する
ステップを含む、継ぎ目のないディスプレイの製造方法。 - 前記保護層は、アクリルまたはガラス材質であり、その表面が鍍金膜、接着膜、プリントまたは金型でプリズム構造を形成する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記発射光源は、面光源または近似面光源である請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記面光源が発光ダイオードまたは平面灯管であり、該近似面光源が湾曲形灯管である請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記面光源または近似面光源が特定角度で発射する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記面光源または近似面光源は、パッケージの実行および/またはマスクの添加を行うものであり、更に、等間隔に交錯して配列してなる矩形陣であるかまたは、前記面光源または近似面光源の側辺は、台形板を置き、柵状の間隔構造を形成する請求項5記載の方法。
- 該面光源または近似面光源を均一に分布させる請求項5記載の方法。
- 電流で矩形陣の光出力を制御し、前記矩形陣中の各単一発光ダイオードの中央部分を矩形陣周囲に向けるかまたは前記矩形陣内の各発光ダイオードの配列位置を変更する請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記近似面光源側辺の台形板の各一側に少なくとも1周りの発光ダイオードを増設するまたは、前記近似面光源側辺の台形板の各一側に少なくとも1つの冷陰極灯管または熱陰極灯管を増設する請求項7記載の方法。
- 複数の発射光源を含むバックライトモジュールと、
光学フィルムと、
間隔構造と、
複数の液晶パネルと、
微小構造を有する保護層と、
表示ユニットを組成する連接部と、
を含み、そのうち、前記複数の液晶パネルがその側辺で並列配列または堆積した後、前記間隔構造上に覆蓋する継ぎ目のないディスプレイ。 - 前記保護層は、アクリルまたはガラス材質であり、その表面が鍍金膜、接着膜、プリントまたは金型で形成するプリズム構造を含む請求項10記載のディスプレイ。
- 前記発射光源は、面光源または近似面光源である請求項10記載のディスプレイ。
- 前記面光源が発光ダイオードまたは平面灯管であり、該近似面光源が湾曲形灯管である請求項12記載のディスプレイ。
- パッケージの実行および/またはマスクの添加を行う面光源または近似面光源、または等間隔に交錯して配列してなる矩形陣である面光源または近似面光源を含み、更に光増加片、拡散片または拡散板である面光源または近似面光源、または面光源または近似面光源の側辺に置く台形板が形成する柵状の間隔構造を含む請求項12記載のディスプレイ。
- 前記近似面光源側辺の台形板の各一側に少なくとも1周りの発光ダイオードを増設するか、または前記近似面光源側辺の台形板の各一側に少なくとも1つの冷陰極灯管または熱陰極灯管を増設する請求項12記載のディスプレイ。
