Abstract
【解決手段】円板状部材(外側部材)30の孔部32に本体部材(内側部材)40の柱部42を嵌め合わせて焼結するにあたり、柱部42の周方向側面45と孔部32の周方向側面35とを、締め代0〜0.03mmの締まり嵌めの状態にする。また、柱部42の径方向側面44と孔部32の径方向側面34とを、締め代0.01mm以下の締まり嵌めもしくは隙間嵌めの状態とする

Description
内側部材の柱部の径方向側面と、外側部材の孔部の径方向側面とが、締め代0もしくは隙間嵌めの状態とする。また、内側部材の柱部の周方向側面が、径方向に延びる半径線に対して−30〜30°の範囲で形成されている。また、内側部材の柱部の径方向側面に少なくとも1つの凹部が形成され、外側部材の孔部に、凹部に対応する凸部が形成され、これら凹部および凸部の互いに対面する各周方向側面を、締め代0〜0.03mmの締まり嵌めの状態とする。さらに、内側圧粉体と外側圧粉体とを同一の組成とする。
本実施形態は、図4に示した構成、すなわち圧粉体である円板状部材30の各孔部32に、同じく圧粉体である本体部材40の各柱部42を嵌め合わせて接合する方法である。そして、これら部材30,40が嵌め合わせられた状態において、柱部42の各周方向側面(周方向と交差する面)45と、孔部32の各周方向側面35とを、締め代0〜0.03mmの締まり嵌めとして嵌め合わせる。これにより、焼結過程において柱部42の側面35と孔部42の側面45とが密着し、両部材30,40の表面より拡散が進行し接合される。

Claims (5)
- 鉄系の合金粉末または鉄系の混合粉を用いて、
周方向に間隔をおいて配列された柱部、およびこれら柱部に囲繞された軸孔を有する略円筒状の内側部材と、
この内側部材の前記柱部に対応する孔部を有するとともに、前記内側部材の前記軸孔に対応し、かつ孔部に連続する軸孔を有する略円板状の外側部材とを、
それぞれ圧縮成形して、内側部材および外側部材をそれぞれ圧粉体として得、
次いで、前記外側部材の前記孔部に前記内側部材の前記柱部を嵌め合わせ、その状態を保持して両部材を焼結し一体に接合して複合焼結機械部品を得る方法であって、
前記外側部材の圧粉体の前記孔部に前記内側部材の圧粉体の柱部を嵌め合わせるにあたり、
前記内側部材における周方向と交差する周方向側面と、前記外側部材の前記孔部における周方向と交差する周方向側面とを、締め代0〜0.03mmの締まり嵌めの状態とするとともに、
前記内側部材の前記柱部における径方向と交差する径方向側面と、前記外側部材の前記孔部における径方向と交差する径方向側面とを、締め代0.01mm以下の締まり嵌めもしくは隙間嵌めの状態とすることを特徴とする複合焼結機械部品の製造方法。 - 前記内側部材の前記柱部の前記径方向側面と、前記外側部材の前記孔部の前記径方向側面とが、締め代0もしくは隙間嵌めの状態とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合焼結機械部品の製造方法。
- 前記内側部材の前記柱部の前記周方向側面が、径方向に延びる半径線に対して−30〜30°の範囲で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の複合焼結機械部品の製造方法。
- 前記内側部材の前記柱部の前記径方向側面に、少なくとも1つの凹部が形成され、
前記外側部材の前記孔部に、前記凹部に対応する凸部が形成され、
これら凹部および凸部の互いに対面する各周方向側面が、締め代0〜0.03mmの締まり嵌めの状態とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の複合焼結機械部品の製造方法。 - 前記内側圧粉体と前記外側圧粉体とが、同一の組成であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の複合焼結機械部品の製造方法。
