Abstract
【解決手段】 過電流検出端子をVSS端子にプルダウンするプルダウン回路は過電流検出端子とスイッチ回路との間に直列に接続されるとともに、前記スイッチ回路は前記プルダウン回路とVSS端子との間に直列に接続されるように構成した。

Claims (5)
- 二次電池の電圧または電流を監視し、外部端子と二次電池の接続を制御する充放電制御回路であって、
過電流検出端子の電圧を監視して過電流状態を検出する過電流検出手段と、
前記過電流検出手段の出力を受けて、前記外部端子と前記二次電池の接続を制御する制御手段と、
前記過電流検出端子に接続され、前記過電流状態において前記過電流検出端子を所定の抵抗値でVSS端子と接続するプルダウン手段と、
前記過電流検出端子に接続され、前記外部端子に充電器が接続されたことを検出する充電器接続検出手段と、
前記プルダウン手段と前記VSS端子との間に接続され、前記充電器接続検出手段の出力によって制御されるスイッチ手段とで構成した充放電制御回路。 - 前記プルダウン手段は、
前記過電流検出端子とドレインを接続し、前記制御手段とゲートを接続したNチャネルトランジスタと、
前記Nチャネルトランジスタのソースと接続した抵抗とで構成される請求項1記載の充放電制御回路。 - 前記プルダウン手段は、
前記過電流検出端子と接続した抵抗と、
前記抵抗とドレインを接続し、前記制御手段とゲートを接続したNチャネルトランジスタとで構成され、
前記Nチャネルトランジスタと前記スイッチ手段を構成する第2のNチャネルトランジスタのソースおよび基板が同一電圧である請求項1記載の充放電制御回路。 - 前記プルダウン手段は、
前記過電流検出端子とドレインを接続し、前記制御手段とゲートを接続したNチャネルトランジスタとで構成され、
前記Nチャネルトランジスタと前記スイッチ手段を構成する第2のNチャネルトランジスタのソースおよび基板が同一電圧である請求項1記載の充放電制御回路。 - 負荷または充電器を接続する外部端子と、
前記外部端子に接続された充放電が可能な二次電池と、
前記外部端子と前記二次電池との間に接続された充放電制御スイッチと、
前記二次電池の電圧または電流を監視して前記充放電制御スイッチを制御する請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の充放電制御回路とからなる充電式電源装置。
