Description
主として水素及び一酸化炭素を含む精製ガス状混合物は、工程(c)において本発明方法で輸送される液体又は固体製品或いは該製品の前駆体の製造に使用される。
Claims (7)
- メタノール又は炭化水素製品を船により一地域から他の地域に輸送する方法において、該メタノール又は炭化水素製品は、(a)空気を酸素と窒素とに分離する工程、(b)該酸素を使用して、炭素源から一酸化炭素と水素との混合物を製造する工程、(c)該一酸化炭素と水素との混合物を使用して、メタノール、或いは液体又は固体炭化水素製品を製造する工程により得られ、船には(d)該メタノール、或いは液体又は固体炭化水素製品を工程(a)で得られた窒素と一緒に積み込む工程を行う該方法。
- 工程(i)で使用される酸素/窒素混合物が空気である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記酸素富化流が酸素を全流に対し少なくとも85モル%、好ましくは95モル%、更に好ましくは98モル%含有する請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記酸素欠乏流が窒素を全流に対し少なくとも95モル%、好ましくは98モル%、更に好ましくは99モル%含有する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 製品がメタノールである請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 炭化水素製品がフィッシャー・トロプシュ法で得られたパラフィン系製品である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(d)が、まず工程(a)の窒素を用いて、船に乗せた製品コンテナーをパージし、次いで製品コンテナーに工程(c)で得られた炭化水素製品を充填し、引き続き船に乗せた製品コンテナーに工程(a)の窒素を別途加えるようにして行われる請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
