Claims (3)
- 陽電子放出核種にて標識されたBF−227(6−[2−(フルオロ)エトキシ]−2−[2−(2−ジメチルアミノチアゾール−5−イル)エテニル]ベンゾキサゾール)をプローブとして含む、ヒト対象におけるアミロイドβ蛋白が蓄積する疾患の画像診断用組成物であって、対象に静脈内投与され、PET装置および脳MRI装置と併用され、DVR計算値もしくは計算画像およびSUV画像が得られることを特徴とする、画像診断用組成物。
- Logan DVR法を用いて脳領域のDVR計算画像が得られ、小脳皮質領域を基準として前頭葉、側頭葉および頭頂葉におけるLogan DVRの閾値を1.1とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の画像診断用組成物。
- 陽電子放出核種が11Cである、請求項1または2のいずれか1項記載の画像診断用組成物。
