Abstract
【解決手段】必要に応じて更に酸化アルミニウムを0.1〜30重量%含有させた安定化材を含む酸化ジルコニウムに、酸化アルミニウムに酸化マンガンを固溶したピンク色の着色材と、酸化ジルコニウムに酸化バナジウムを固溶した黄色の着色材とをそれぞれ0.001〜5重量%の範囲内で混合し、焼成して歯科用セラミックス材を作製する。安定化材としては、酸化イットリウム、酸化マグネシウム、酸化カルシウム、酸化セリウムの群から選ばれた1種以上であり、その含有量が3〜7重量%であることが好ましい。

Description
一つは、安定化材を含む酸化ジルコニウムに必要に応じて酸化アルミニウムを混合した主原料中に前述したピンク色と黄色の2種類の着色材を所望量混合し、その後アクリル酸エステル等の有機質のバインダーを混ぜて機械によりプレスしグリーン体を作製し、所定温度まで所定の温度上昇率で加熱することによって有機分を除去した後、仮焼成してCAD/CAM装置などの専用の台座に取り付けてセラミックスフレームやセラミックスアバットメントの外形を研削加工した後に本焼成する方法と、有機分を除去したグリーン体を仮焼成せずに本焼成したものをCAD/CAM装置などの専用の台座に取り付けてセラミックスフレームやセラミックスアバットメントの外形を研削加工する方法である。また、バインダーを予め酸化ジルコニウムと混合してから着色剤を入れてもよいのは勿論である。
酸化アルミニウム60重量部に酸化マンガン40重量部を予め攪拌・加熱により固溶してピンク色の着色材を作製する。
酸化ジルコニウム95重量部に酸化バナジウム5重量部を予め攪拌・加熱により固溶して黄色の着色材を作製する。
安定化材である酸化イットリウム5重量部と、酸化ジルコニウム94重量部と、更に酸化アルミニウム0.2重量部とから成る主原料に、前述のピンク色の着色材0.3重量部と黄色の着色材0.6重量部とを混合する。この混合物にアクリル酸エステルのバインダーを5重量%加えて再度攪拌し、プレス成形しグリーン体を得た。このグリーン体を700℃まで100℃/hourで上昇させ脱脂を行う。その後、1150℃で仮焼成し、CAD/CAM装置の専用の台座に取り付けて臼歯用のセラミックスフレームの形状に加工したものを1500℃で2時間焼成し、臼歯用のセラミックスフレームを得た。このセラミックスフレームは歯牙の象牙質の色調と略同一に色調に着色されていた。
そこでこの臼歯用のセラミックスフレームに「ビタVM9」(ビタ社製セラミック用焼付け陶材)をA3の色調になるように築盛して960℃で焼成して臼歯用クラウンを製作した処、その色調は患者の歯牙と何ら遜色のない色調のものであった。
酸化アルミニウム60重量部に酸化マンガン40重量部を予め攪拌・加熱により固溶してピンク色の着色材を作製する。
酸化ジルコニウム95重量部に酸化バナジウム5重量部を予め攪拌・加熱により固溶して黄色の着色材を作製する。
安定化材である酸化イットリウム5重量部と、酸化ジルコニウム94重量部と、更に酸化アルミニウム0.2重量部とから成る主原料に、前述のピンク色の着色材0.3重量部と黄色の着色材0.6重量部とを混合する。この混合物にアクリル酸エステルのバインダーを5重量%加えて再度攪拌し、プレス成形しグリーン体を得た。このグリーン体を700℃まで100℃/HOURで上昇させ脱脂を行う。その後、1500℃で2時間本焼成し、CAD/CAM装置の専用の台座に取り付けて前歯用のセラミックスフレームを得た。このセラミックスフレームは歯牙の象牙質の色調と略同一に色調に着色されていた。
そこでこの前歯用のセラミックスフレームに「ビタVM9」(ビタ社製セラミック用焼付け陶材)をA3.5の色調になるように築盛して960℃で焼成して前歯用クラウンを製作した処、その色調は患者の歯牙と何ら遜色のない色調のものであった。
Claims (3)
- 安定化材を含む酸化ジルコニウムに、酸化アルミニウムに酸化マンガンを固溶したピンク色の着色材と、酸化ジルコニウムに酸化バナジウムを固溶した黄色の着色材とをそれぞれ0.001〜5重量%の範囲内で混合し、焼成して歯科用セラミックス材を作製することを特徴とする歯科用セラミックス材の作製方法。
- 安定化材を含む酸化ジルコニウムが更に酸化アルミニウムを含み、該酸化アルミニウムの含有量が0.1〜30重量%である請求項1に記載の歯科用セラミックス材の作製方法。
- 安定化材が、酸化イットリウム、酸化マグネシウム、酸化カルシウム、酸化セリウムの群から選ばれた1種以上であり、その含有量が3〜7重量%である請求項1又は2に記載の歯科用セラミックス材の作製方法。
