Abstract
【解決手段】基板の記録面上に反射層、光情報記録層、超解像層、保護層を有する光情報記録媒体(光ディスク)と、光ディスクに光情報を記録し、または再生するためのレーザー光を発光し、かつレーザー光の発光パターンを変化させるレーザー発光制御部と、レーザー光を光ディスク表面上に集光照射し、光ディスクからの反射光を受光するピックアップと、光ディスクを支持し、かつ回転駆動を与えるスピンドル及びスピンドルモーターと、受光した信号を演算する再生信号処理部から構成される光情報記録再生装置である。レーザー光は、レーザー発光制御部によってパルス状態で発光し、再生信号処理部はパルス光のパルス発光部分とバイアス発光部分から再生信号を取得し、バイアス発光部分の再生信号を参照してパルス発光部分からの再生信号を演算した結果を再生信号とする。

Description
上記レーザー光は、上記レーザー発光制御部によってパルス状態で発光し、上記再生信号処理部はパルス光のパルス発光部分とバイアス発光部分からの再生信号を取得し、バイアス発光部分の再生信号を参照してパルス発光部分からの再生信号を演算した結果を再生信号とする。
Claims (7)
- 少なくとも基板と、その記録面上に形成された反射層と、光情報記録層と、温度変化に伴って複素屈折率が可逆的に変化する超解像層と、保護層を有する光情報記録媒体と、この光情報記録媒体に光情報を記録し、または再生するためのレーザー光を発光し、かつレーザー光の発光パターンを変化させることが可能なレーザー発光制御部と、このレーザー光を上記光情報記録媒体の表面上に集光照射し、光情報記録媒体からの反射光を受光するピックアップと、上記光情報記録媒体を支持し、かつ回転駆動を与えるスピンドル及びスピンドルモーターと、受光した信号を演算する再生信号処理部から構成される光情報記録再生装置であり、
上記レーザー光は、上記レーザー発光制御部によってパルス状態で発光し、上記再生信号処理部はパルス光のパルス発光部分とバイアス発光部分からの再生信号を用いて演算処理した結果を再生信号とすることを特徴とする光情報記録再生装置。 - 上記演算処理は、上記パルス発光部分からの再生信号とバイアス発光部分からの再生信号の定数倍の差分であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光情報記録再生装置。
- 上記演算処理は、任意のパルス発光部分からの再生信号に時間的に前後して隣接するバイアス発光部分の再生信号から、前記任意のパルス発光部分の再生信号と同じ時刻におけるバイアス発光部分の再生信号を内挿して求めた後に行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光情報記録再生装置。
- 上記超解像層は、上記パルス発光部分では超解像状態であり、バイアス発光部分では超解像状態でないことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の光情報記録再生装置。
- 上記超解像層はFe2O3、Co3O4、NiO、CoO、ZnO、Cr2O3、ZnS−ZnSe、GaN−InN、Ga2O3を含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は4に記載の光情報記録再生装置。
- 上記超解像層はFe2O3、Ga2O3を含有することを特徴とする請求項1、4又は5に記載の光情報記録再生装置。
- 上記光情報記録層はAg,In,Ge,Sb,Teから選ばれる少なくとも一つ以上の金属元素から構成される金属薄膜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光情報記録再生装置。
