Abstract
【解決手段】所定の形状に切断されたガラス板1の端部1aに、ダイヤモンドホイールを用いてR面加工の面取り処理(R面研磨)を施す。このガラス板1を被膜形成面1bが約10°となるように固定し、ガラス板1の上部に射出された赤外線カット液2を鉛直下向きに流す方法(フローコート法)にて塗布する。この際に、赤外線カット液2がガラス板1の下部の端部1aに回り込むようにすることにより、端部1aにも同時に塗布される。この赤外線カット液2が塗布されたガラス板1を室温で5分程度乾燥した後、予め200℃に昇温したオーブンに上記赤外線カット液2を塗布したガラス板1を投入して10分間加熱し、その後冷却し赤外線カット膜を有するガラス板1を得る。

Claims (10)
- 研磨されたガラス板端部と、ガラス板表面とを備える車両用窓ガラスにおいて、前記ガラス板表面及び前記研磨されたガラス板端部の少なくとも1辺に被膜が一体形成され、該被膜が一体形成された辺は、車両に取り付けられた際に露出する辺を含むことを特徴とする車両用窓ガラス。
- 前記被膜は、シリカ及び赤外線カットオフ成分を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用窓ガラス。
- 前記赤外線カットオフ成分は、ITO微粒子を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の車両用窓ガラス。
- 前記被膜は、有機物をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用窓ガラス。
- 前記被膜は、テーバー摩耗後のヘイズ率が7%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の車両用窓ガラス。
- 前記車両用窓ガラスは、厚さが2.5〜6.0mmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の車両用窓ガラス。
- 前記ガラス板端部に形成された被膜は、膜厚が0.1〜5μmであり、前記ガラス板表面に形成された被膜は、膜厚が0.3〜3μmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の車両用窓ガラス。
- 車両用窓ガラスの製造方法において、
前記車両用窓ガラスのガラス板端部を研磨する研磨ステップと、
前記車両用窓ガラスのガラス板表面及び前記研磨されたガラス板端部の少なくとも1辺に塗布液を塗布する塗布ステップと、
前記塗布された塗布液を焼成する焼成ステップとを備え、前記被膜が一体形成された辺は、車両に取り付けられた際に露出する辺を含むことを特徴とする車両用窓ガラスの製造方法。 - 前記塗布ステップにおいて、フローコート法又はディッピング法により前記塗布液を塗布することを特徴とする請求項8記載の車両用窓ガラスの製造方法。
- 前記研磨ステップにおいて、前記ガラス板端部をダイヤモンドホイールを用いて略半円状に研磨することを特徴とする請求項8又は9記載の車両用窓ガラスの製造方法。
