Abstract
【解決手段】入力軸1の先端部に取り付けられ、所定の歯幅を有する駆動側の歯車G0と、この駆動側の歯車の入力軸1と直角に交わる出力軸2aの基端部に取り付けられ、駆動側の歯車とその歯幅内の一部で噛み合うフェースギヤから成る小径の第1の従動側歯車G1と、同じく駆動側の歯車の入力軸1と直角に交わる他の出力軸2bの基端部に取り付けられ、駆動側の歯車とその歯幅内の他の部分で噛み合うフェースギヤから成る大径の第2の従動側歯車G2とを備え、第1及び第2の従動側歯車の出力軸2a,2bは同一直線上にて反対向きに配置され、駆動側の歯車G0の回転により両方の従動側歯車G1,G2を互いに反対方向に回転させるものである。

Description
すなわち、駆動側の歯車G0と第1の従動側歯車G1との噛み合いによる減速比R1は、
R1=N/N1 …(1)
とされ、駆動側の歯車G0と第2の従動側歯車G2との噛み合いによる減速比R2は、
R2=N/N2 …(2)
とされている。
駆動側の歯車G0の歯幅領域3aと第1の従動側歯車G1との噛み合いによる減速比R1は、
R1=Na/N1a …(3)
となり、その駆動側の歯車G0の歯幅領域3bと第2の従動側歯車G2との噛み合いによる減速比R2は、
R2=Nb/N2b …(4)
となる。
駆動側の歯車の大径部G01と第1の従動側歯車G1との噛み合いによる減速比R1は、
R1=Nc/N1c …(5)
となり、その駆動側の歯車の小径部G02と第2の従動側歯車G2との噛み合いによる減速比R2は、
R2=Nd/N2d …(6)
となる。

Claims (6)
- 入力軸の先端部に取り付けられ、所定の歯幅を有する駆動側の歯車と、
この駆動側の歯車の入力軸と直角に交わる出力軸の基端部に取り付けられ、上記駆動側の歯車とその歯幅内で噛み合うフェースギヤから成る小径の第1の従動側歯車と、
同じく上記駆動側の歯車の入力軸と直角に交わる他の出力軸の基端部に取り付けられ、上記駆動側の歯車とその歯幅内で噛み合うフェースギヤから成る大径の第2の従動側歯車と、を備え、
上記第1及び第2の従動側歯車の出力軸は同一直線上にて反対向きに配置され、上記駆動側の歯車の回転により両方の従動側歯車を互いに反対方向に回転させることを特徴とする歯車装置。 - 上記駆動側の歯車は平歯車から成り、上記第1及び第2の従動側歯車は駆動側の平歯車と噛み合う円盤状のフェースギヤから成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の歯車装置。
- 上記駆動側の歯車はハスバ歯車から成り、上記第1及び第2の従動側歯車は駆動側のハスバ歯車と噛み合う円盤状のフェースギヤから成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の歯車装置。
- 上記駆動側の歯車と第1の従動側歯車との噛み合いによる減速比及び上記駆動側の歯車と第2の従動側歯車との噛み合いによる減速比は、それぞれ異なる比率とされていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の歯車装置。
- 上記駆動側の歯車は、その歯幅内で二つの領域に分け、それぞれの領域における歯数を異ならせて成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の歯車装置。
- 上記駆動側の歯車は、その歯幅内で二つの領域に分け、それぞれの領域における直径を異ならせて大径部と小径部とを形成すると共に大径部及び小径部における歯数を異ならせて成り、上記第1の従動側歯車は駆動側の歯車の大径部又は小径部のどちらか一方に噛み合い、上記第2の従動側歯車は上記駆動側の歯車の大径部又は小径部のうち他方に噛み合うことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の歯車装置。
