Abstract
【解決手段】本発明による二次電池は、セパレータ、及び前記セパレータの両面に配置される正極及び負極を含む電極群と、前記電極群が内蔵されるケースと、外部端子と連結される端子部、前記端子部の両端に連結されて、平行に対応するように配置される左、右側連結部、及び前記左、右側連結部の各一側面に折曲部を通じて連結されて、前記各連結部の一区間との間に一定の間隔の隙間を形成して、前記電極群の無地部に各々電気的に連結される左、右側内向接続部を含むタップと、前記ケースに結合されて前記ケースを密閉し、前記タップに連結された外部端子が結合されるキャップ組立体と、を含む。

Claims (14)
- セパレータ、及び前記セパレータの両面に配置される正極及び負極を含む電極群と、
前記電極群が内蔵されるケースと、
外部端子と連結される端子部、前記端子部の両端に連結されて、互いに平行に対応して配置される左、右側連結部、及び前記左、右側連結部の各一側面に折曲部を通じて連結されて、前記各連結部の一区間の間に一定の間隔の隙間を形成して、前記電極群の無地部に各々電気的に連結される左、右側内向接続部を含むタップと、
前記ケースに結合されて前記ケースを密閉し、前記タップに連結された外部端子が結合されるキャップ組立体と、を含む二次電池。 - 前記タップの端子部、左、右側連結部、及び左、右側内向接続部は一体型板材からなる、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記タップの端子部、左、右側連結部、及び左、右側内向接続部は一体型板材を板金加工して形成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記タップの端子部及び左、右側連結部の連結部分は互いに直角に、前記左、右側連結部及び左、右側内向接続部は各々折曲部を通じて180°に折り畳まれて形成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記タップの左、右側連結部は、前記左、右側連結部の各先端から前記端子部との連結部分までの断面積が同一に形成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記タップの両側の折曲部を通じて各々連結される左、右側連結部及び左、右側内向接続部の一区間は、互いの間の隙間を通じて前記無地部に嵌合される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記隙間は前記無地部の一側の厚さと同一に形成される、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記端子部は外部端子に溶接によって固定される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記タップの左、右側連結部は前記無地部の外側に配置され、前記左、右側内向接続部は前記無地部の内側に配置される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記タップの左、右側内向接続部は前記無地部と超音波溶接によって連結される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池はモータ駆動用である、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記タップの左、右側連結部は、前記左、右側連結部の各先端が前記左、右側内向接続部の各先端まで延びて、各々折曲部を通じて連結される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記タップの左、右側連結部に対応する前記左、右側内向接続部は、前記左、右側内向接続部の全区間にかけて前記左、右側連結部との間に一定の間隔の隙間を形成する、請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記隙間は前記無地部の一側の厚さと同一に形成される、請求項13に記載の二次電池。
