Abstract
【解決手段】(a)***撮像画像内において解剖学的高濃度部分を識別するステップと、(b)前記高濃度部分を処理するステップとから成り、前記画像の前記高濃度部分を識別するステップが、(I)対象領域を、複数の画素を有する前記画像内の、胸壁と***境界の少なくとも1つに近接する前記画像上に位置付けするステップと、(II)第1の画素のグレーレベルヒストグラムを得るステップと、(III)第2のグレーレベルヒストグラムを得るステップと、(IV)グレーレベル閾値を求めるステップと、から成る***撮像画像の視覚化を高める方法。

Description
かくして、コンピュータ使用の他の目的は、多くの誤って悪性の病巣が有るとした診断を減らすことにより、放射線技師を支援するために、客観的な仕方で良性と悪性の病巣の特性を抽出し、分析することにあり、それにより、患者の死亡率および実施される外科的生検数、ならびにそれに伴う合併症を減らす。
ここで図面、特に図1を参照すると、***画像における病巣を検出および分類する自動化された方法の概略図が示される。この全体方式には、一対の***撮像の初期取得とディジタル化(ステップ100)が含まれる。次に***境界は、画像部位の残りから区分され(ステップ101)、また皮下脂肪の領域は識別される(ステップ102)。形態学的フィルタリングが実施され(ステップ103)、ROI(対象領域)は胸壁に沿って置かれ(ステップ104)、ヒストグラム分析が全体画像領域と、丁度ROI内とで実施される(ステップ105)。ヒストグラム分析から求められた閾値を使用して、画像は、閾値処理されて高濃度部分が生じ(ステップ106)、高濃度パーセントが計算される(ステップ107)。
ここにρは、座標系の原点から記述される直線までの距離であり、またθは、ρ軸とこの線の法線との間の角度である。Hough変換は、P−θパラメータ定義域の単一点(ρ、θ)に対してこの線をマップする(図15Aおよび15B)。

このHoughスペクトルの実際の定義域は、図16Cにより示される。θが−π/2からπ/2へ変わると、ρは4つの正弦曲線カーブl0 、l1 、l2 およびl3 により段階的に制約される範囲内にあり、これらのカーブは、図16Aおよび16BのP0 (0,0)、P1 (0,N−1)、P2 (N−1,0)およびP0 (N−1,N−1)の行列の4つの隅の画素の変換に対応する。
ここにμおよびσはそれぞれ、Houghスペクトルの平均および標準偏差であり、またηは係数である。そのようフォーマットは、平均偏差組合せと呼ばれる。
Claims (2)
- (a)左右の***撮影画像を得るステップと、
(b)前記左右の***撮影画像の少なくとも1つにおいて、解剖学的高濃度部分を識別するステップと、
(c)高濃度部分が識別された***撮影画像がより均一な濃度を有するように、前記識別ステップで識別された前記高濃度部分を、背景濃度補正と、前記高濃度部分の画素の正規化によって処理するステップと、
(d)前記高濃度部分を処理するステップの後に、前記左右***撮影画像を処理して組み合わせ画像を得るステップと、
(e)前記組み合わせ画像に対して特徴分析を行い、前記組み合わせ画像から特徴を抽出するステップと、
(f)抽出特徴に基づいた病巣を検出するステップと、
から成る***撮影画像内における病巣検出方法。 - 前記高濃度部分を処理するステップが、前記高濃度部分の背景傾向を補正するステップから成る、請求項1に記載の方法。
