Abstract
Description

Claims (20)
- 植物油または再生植物油を含む燃料を用いてディーゼルエンジンを作動するための方法であって、ここで、該燃料は、タンク(10)から引き抜かれ、燃料フィルタによって濾過され、そして、噴射ポンプ(22)によって噴射ノズルを介して気筒へと噴射され、ここで、過剰の燃料が戻され、該方法は、該燃料を圧力抵抗性繊維フィルタの形態の燃料フィルタ(14、16)に通す押し上げポンプ(12)によって、該燃料が該タンク(10)から貯蔵レザバ(18)へと移される点、および、該貯蔵レザバ(18)内の超音波によって該燃料が処理された後に、該燃料が該噴射ポンプ(22)内に導入される点で特徴付けられ、ここで、該噴射ポンプ(22)は該貯蔵レザバ(18)からの吸引によって燃料を引き抜き、過剰の燃料が該貯蔵レザバ(18)へと戻される、方法。
- 前記燃料が、ガラス繊維および/またはプラスチック繊維からなる繊維フィルタによって濾過される点で特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記貯蔵レザバ(18)内の前記燃料のレベルが、前記押し上げポンプ(12)を制御することによって、所定の最低レベルと最高レベルとの間に維持される点で特徴付けられる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 一旦前記燃料フィルタ(16)についての所定の制限圧に到達すると、前記燃料が、安全弁によって、戻り配管を介して前記タンク(10)内へと運ばれる点で特徴付けられる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 添加物が前記貯蔵レザバ(18)へと導入される点で特徴付けられる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ディーゼルエンジンの起動前および起動中に、前記噴射ノズル、および従って、前記燃料が誘導性渦電流加熱システムによって加熱される点で特徴付けられる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記誘導性渦電流加熱システムがパルス幅制御装置である点で特徴付けられる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 電子制御された噴射システムの噴射時間を制御するために使用されるセンサ、特に、ニードルリフトセンサの信号が、高速電子機器によって増幅され、規定された遅れを伴って、該電子制御された噴射システムへと伝達される点で特徴付けられる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記電子機器の電源が、前記ニードルリフトセンサの信号で形成される点で特徴付けられる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 植物油または再生植物油を含む燃料を用いてディーゼルエンジンを作動するためのデバイスであって、該デバイスは、該燃料のためのタンク(10)、燃料フィルタ、噴射ポンプ(22)および該燃料を気筒へと噴射するための噴射ノズルを備え、ここで、過剰の燃料が戻され、該デバイスは、該タンク(10)に加えて貯蔵レザバ(18)が備え付けられている点、押し上げポンプ(12)および圧力抵抗性繊維フィルタの形態の燃料フィルタ(14、16)が該タンク(10)と該貯蔵レザバ(18)との間に配置され、ここで、該燃料を該燃料フィルタ(14、16)に通す押し上げポンプ(12)によって、該燃料が、該タンク(10)から該貯蔵レザバ(18)内へと移され得る点、該燃料のための超音波処理デバイス(20)が、該貯蔵レザバ(18)内に配置される点、ならびに、該噴射ポンプ(22)が、該貯蔵レザバ(18)からの吸引によって燃料を引き抜き、そして、過剰の燃料が該貯蔵レザバ(18)内に戻される点で特徴付けられる、デバイス。
- 前記繊維フィルタがガラス繊維および/またはプラスチック繊維からなる点で特徴付けられる、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記押し上げポンプ(12)が、電子制御された電動機によって駆動され得るギアポンプの形態で形成される点で特徴付けられる、請求項10または11に記載のデバイス。
- 前記押し上げポンプ(12)が、前記貯蔵レザバ内の前記燃料のレベルを、所定の最低レベルと最高レベルとの間に維持することを可能にする制御装置に接続されている点で特徴付けられる、請求項11または12に記載のデバイス。
- 前記タンク(10)につながる戻り配管を備える安全弁が、前記押し上げポンプ(12)と前記燃料フィルタ(16)との間に配置され、ここで、一旦該燃料フィルタ(16)についての所定の制限圧に到達すると、前記燃料が、この安全弁によって、該タンク(10)内へと運ばれ得る点で特徴付けられる、請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 添加物のための計量装置が、噴射ラインを介して前記貯蔵レザバ(18)に接続され、ここで、添加物が、該計量装置によって該貯蔵レザバ(18)内に導入され得る点で特徴付けられる、請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。

- 前記噴射ノズルのための誘導性ヒーターが、該噴射ノズルの周りに配置されるコイルを備える点で特徴付けられる、請求項17に記載のデバイス。
- 前記コイルが、二巻線コイル(bifilare Doppelspulen)の形態で形成される点で特徴付けられる、請求項18に記載のデバイス。
