Abstract
Description
本発明は、粉末粒子の製造技術に係り、詳しくは、粉末粒子の凝集を防止するのに有効な技術に関するものである。 The present invention relates to a technology for producing powder particles, and more particularly to a technology effective for preventing aggregation of powder particles.
Therefore, conventionally, a technique of adding an antistatic agent such as an anionic surfactant to powder particles having a small particle diameter and a technique of using a so-called carbon nanomaterial such as a carbon nanotube as the powder particles have been proposed. As the carbon nanomaterial, for example, a carbon nanomaterial having excellent electrical conductivity described in
そこで、本発明はかかる点に鑑みてなされたものであり、凝集防止性の高い粉末粒子を構築するのに有効な技術を提供することを課題とする。 Then, this invention is made | formed in view of this point, and makes it a subject to provide the technique effective in constructing | assembling the powder particle with high aggregation prevention property.
前記課題を解決するために、各請求項に記載の発明が構成される。 In order to solve the above problems, the invention described in each claim is configured.

Subsequently, in the second reaction region 152, which is a downstream region in the
It is known that carbon nanotubes have a property of starting to aggregate immediately after generation. In the present embodiment, the second reaction region is downstream of the
(粉末粒子)
ここで、上記粉末粒子製造装置100を及び製造方法を用いて製造された粉末粒子200の概略構造が図2に示される。
(Powder particles)
Here, FIG. 2 shows a schematic structure of the
The
Further, a fluoroalkylsilane-derived

The present inventor conducted a quantitative performance evaluation in order to confirm that the

(Second liquidity assessment)
Similarly to the first fluidity evaluation, after the powder material as the evaluation sample is put into the
上記第1の流動性評価及び第2の流動性評価の、少なくとも一方の評価結果を用いることによって、所望の粉末物の流動性を判定することが可能となる。好ましくは、上記第1の流動性評価及び第2の流動性評価の両方を総合的に判断する。 By using at least one evaluation result of the first fluidity evaluation and the second fluidity evaluation, it is possible to determine the fluidity of the desired powder. Preferably, both the first fluidity evaluation and the second fluidity evaluation are comprehensively determined.
Here, the specific example of fluidity | liquidity evaluation of the
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, with respect to the
