Abstract
【解決手段】 カーボンナノホーン集合体よりなることを特徴とする造影剤。
カーボンナノホーン集合体を構成する個々のカーボンナノホーンがその側壁又は先端に開口部を有し、個々のカーボンナノホーンの内部又は表面に金属M(ただし、Mは常磁性体金属、強磁性体金属及び超常磁性体金属の中から選択される少なくとも1種)又は金属Mの化合物が内包又は分散されていることを特徴とする造影剤。
Gd酸化物を含むことを特徴とする造影剤。

Description
室温下、アルゴンガス雰囲気、101kPaの圧力のチャンバー内でグラファイト原料にCO2レーザーを照射し、グラファイト原料を蒸発させ、ダリア状のカーボンナノホーン集合体を作製した。各カーボンナノホーンは単層であった。
実施例1と同様にしてダリア状のカーボンナノホーン集合体を作製した。
実施例1で得られたカーボンナノホーン集合体を寒天に溶かしてチューリップと桜の型および「2004」という文字型のゲルを作り、それをカーボンナノホーン集合体を含まない寒天ゲルに埋め込んだものを作製し、MRIで撮像した。そのT2強調写真像を図6に示す。
Claims (9)
- カーボンナノホーン集合体よりなることを特徴とする造影剤。
- 前記カーボンナノホーン集合体を構成する個々のカーボンナノホーンがその側壁又は先端に開口部を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の造影剤。
- 前記カーボンナノホーン集合体を構成する個々のカーボンナノホーンに金属M(ただし、Mは常磁性体金属、強磁性体金属及び超常磁性体金属の中から選択される少なくとも1種)又は金属Mの化合物が内包されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の造影剤。
- 前記カーボンナノホーン集合体を構成する個々のカーボンナノホーン表面上に金属M(ただし、Mは常磁性体金属、強磁性体金属及び超常磁性体金属の中から選択される少なくとも1種)又は金属Mの化合物が分散されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の造影剤。
- 前記金属M又は前記金属Mの化合物の平均粒子径が0.3〜100nmであることを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載の造影剤。
- 前記金属Mの化合物が金属酸化物であることを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれかに記載の造影剤。
- 前記金属MがGd又はFeであることを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれかに記載の造影剤。
- 前記金属酸化物がGd酸化物又はFe酸化物であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の造影剤。
- Gd酸化物を含むことを特徴とする造影剤。
