Abstract
【解決手段】 絶縁性を有するユニット内部樹脂カバー10を設けて上下樹脂カバー9の内部空間を電線収容空間28と素子収容空間29とに区切り、且つ、電線1の中間3には導体4に導通する電線側端子6を設け、電線1の中間3を電線収容空間28側に配置すると、電線側端子6はユニット内部樹脂カバー10に設けた端子差し込み穴30を介して電線収容空間28から素子収容空間29に差し込まれ、その素子収容空間29側の素子12を含む回路11に接続される。

図1は本発明の電線と素子内蔵ユニットとの接続構造の一実施の形態を示す分解斜視図である。また、図2は電線の中間を収容する前の状態を示す斜視図、図3は素子を収容した状態の斜視図である。

Claims (6)
- 電線の中間を覆う絶縁性の上下樹脂カバーを有するとともに該上下樹脂カバーの内部に一方が前記電線の導体に導通し他方がアース端子に導通する素子を内蔵した素子内蔵ユニットと、前記電線との接続構造であって、
絶縁性を有するユニット内部樹脂カバーを設けて前記上下樹脂カバーの内部空間を電線収容空間と素子収容空間とに区切り、且つ、前記電線の前記中間には前記導体に導通する電線側端子を設け、
前記電線の前記中間を前記電線収容空間側に配置すると、前記電線側端子は前記ユニット内部樹脂カバーに設けた端子差し込み穴を介して前記電線収容空間から前記素子収容空間に差し込まれ、該素子収容空間側の前記素子を含む回路に接続される
ことを特徴とする電線と素子内蔵ユニットとの接続構造。 - 請求項1に記載の電線と素子内蔵ユニットとの接続構造において、
前記上下樹脂カバーに設けた前記ユニット内部樹脂カバーの前記素子収容空間側には、前記回路を構成するために、前記電線側端子及び前記素子の各接続に係る中継端子と前記アース端子の素子接続部とを設け、前記中継端子には、前記電線側端子に対する電線側端子接続部と前記素子の前記一方に対する素子接続部とを設ける
ことを特徴とする電線と素子内蔵ユニットとの接続構造。 - 請求項2に記載の電線と素子内蔵ユニットとの接続構造において、
前記ユニット内部樹脂カバー、前記中継端子、及び前記アース端子は、前記上下樹脂カバーに対して嵌合によるワンタッチ式の組み付け構造を有し、前記中継端子及び前記アース端子の各前記素子接続部は、前記素子の接続脚を差し込んで接続するワンタッチ式の組み付け構造を有する
ことを特徴とする電線と素子内蔵ユニットとの接続構造。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3いずれか記載の電線と素子内蔵ユニットとの接続構造において、
前記ユニット内部樹脂カバーは、前記電線収容空間側に前記電線に対する電線受け部を有する
ことを特徴とする電線と素子内蔵ユニットとの接続構造。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3いずれか記載の電線と素子内蔵ユニットとの接続構造において、
前記ユニット内部樹脂カバーは、前記素子収容空間側に前記素子に対する素子保持部を有する
ことを特徴とする電線と素子内蔵ユニットとの接続構造。 - 請求項1ないし請求項5いずれか記載の電線と素子内蔵ユニットとの接続構造において、
前記上下樹脂カバーは、前記素子内蔵ユニット固定用のクランプを有する
ことを特徴とする電線と素子内蔵ユニットとの接続構造。
